開源鏈接數(shù)據(jù)可視化

【摘要】:在萬維網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展中,產(chǎn)生了大量結構復雜,語義豐富的數(shù)據(jù),如何對這些數(shù)據(jù)進行處理和提取有用信息,無論對開發(fā)人員還是研究人員都是一個挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,隨著語義網(wǎng)技術的興起,為解決這一問題提供了契機。通過RDF(資源描述信息,Resource Description Framework)和 OWL(網(wǎng)絡本體語言,Web Ontology Language)等技術的應用,為網(wǎng)上信息定義了基本框架。通過語義描述網(wǎng)絡資源和其之間的關系,使得這些信息可被計算機所理解,從而計算機可直接對網(wǎng)上信息進行查詢和處理,極大的節(jié)省了人力和時間。本文在語義網(wǎng)的背景下,與數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術結合,從新的視角對語義網(wǎng)中的鏈接數(shù)據(jù)加以詮釋。本文在研究工作中,主要圍繞開源鏈接數(shù)據(jù)集和數(shù)據(jù)查詢,實現(xiàn)了 3個可視化:對法律專業(yè)領域Eli法國的可視化,通過對數(shù)據(jù)進行拆解和重組,以5個不同的角度實現(xiàn)了動態(tài)友好可交互的可視化界面;對跨領域跨語言大型知識百科DBPedia的可視化,以2個不同的表示形式,生成一個生動的可視化語義網(wǎng)瀏覽器,通過查詢某一詞匯,并點擊可視化界面中的圖形元素,從一個資源衍生到多個不同領域的其他資源,形象的表示出了數(shù)據(jù)間的鏈接,體現(xiàn)了 DBpedia的一個大型網(wǎng)狀結構;最后對鏈接數(shù)據(jù)查詢語句實現(xiàn)了可視化,通過對各本體的基本構成及Sparql查詢語句分析,抽象出了 Sparql查詢語句的一個基本框架,以可視化的方式呈現(xiàn)出來,極大的方便了用戶快速理解某一本體,并生成Sparql語句查看結果。本項目借助語義網(wǎng)的概念,結合對開源鏈接數(shù)據(jù)集的分析,應用可視化技術,對網(wǎng)絡資源信息以動態(tài)的可交互的可視化界面呈現(xiàn)和描述,通過對方案設計和實現(xiàn)技術的分離,允許用戶無需具備任何語義網(wǎng)基礎知識,就可實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的查詢和分析,從而幫助用戶快速的理解語義網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)模型和基本概念,并以此為基礎,做出決策和判斷。開源RDF數(shù)據(jù)可視化系統(tǒng)為KB CRAWL SAS公司與法國Eli的一期合作項目,在項目完成后于法國Eli和Openlaw的成員組織的meetup中進行了項目展示,并得到了他們的一致好評。實例證明可視化鏈接數(shù)據(jù)可清晰地描述語義網(wǎng)中的數(shù)據(jù)模式,為用戶提供快捷、方便的統(tǒng)計鏈接數(shù)據(jù)可視化及分析途徑。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the World wide Web, a large number of complex structured and semantic data are produced. How to process and extract useful information from these data is a challenge for both developers and researchers. In recent years, with the rise of semantic Web technology, it provides an opportunity to solve this problem. Through the application of RDF (Resource description Information Resource Description Framework) and owl (Network Ontology language), this paper defines the basic framework for web information. Through semantic description of the network resources and their relationship, the information can be understood by the computer, so that the computer can directly query and process the information on the network, which greatly saves manpower and time. Under the background of semantic Web and data visualization technology, this paper interprets the linked data in the semantic Web from a new perspective. In the research work, this paper mainly focuses on open source linked data set and data query, and realizes three visualizations: visualization of Eli France, disassembly and reorganization of data. A dynamic, friendly and interactive visual interface is implemented in five different angles, and a vivid visual semantic web browser is created for the visualization of cross-domain and cross-language large knowledge encyclopedia DBPedia in two different forms. By querying a certain word and clicking on the graphic elements in the visual interface, it derives from one resource to other resources in many different fields, and vividly expresses the link between the data, which embodies a large mesh structure of DBpedia; Finally, the link data query statements are visualized. By analyzing the basic components of each ontology and Sparql query statements, a basic framework of Sparql query statements is abstracted and presented in a visual way. It greatly facilitates the user to quickly understand a certain ontology and generate Sparql statements to view the results. With the help of the concept of semantic Web and the analysis of open source linked data set, this project applies visualization technology to present and describe the information of network resources in a dynamic and interactive visual interface, through the separation of project design and implementation technology. It allows users to query and analyze the data without having any basic knowledge of the semantic Web, so as to help users quickly understand the semantic Web data model and basic concepts, and make decisions and judgments on the basis of this. The open source RDF data visualization system is a first phase cooperation project between KB CRAWL SAS and French Eli. After the completion of the project, the project was displayed in the meetup of the Eli and Openlaw member organizations in France, and it was well received by them. Examples show that the visual link data can clearly describe the data pattern in the semantic web and provide a quick and convenient way for users to visualize and analyze the statistical link data.
