【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校信息化建設(shè)也取得了很大進(jìn)展,數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)是中職學(xué)校教育信息化在數(shù)字時代的必然目標(biāo),其建設(shè)水平代表著學(xué)�，F(xiàn)代化的程度以及綜合實力的高低。然而數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)是一項內(nèi)容復(fù)雜、牽涉面廣投資量大的系統(tǒng)工程,關(guān)系到學(xué)校管理模式的改變和工作效率的提升,也將在很大程度上、較長時間內(nèi)影響到學(xué)校管理、教學(xué)、辦公、生活等各個方面,建設(shè)規(guī)劃是否周全、運行是否高效,系統(tǒng)建設(shè)是否穩(wěn)定可靠,軟件的可擴(kuò)展性、硬件設(shè)備的兼容性都顯得非常重要,都需要針對學(xué)校具體實際情況進(jìn)行研究設(shè)計 作者根據(jù)自己所在學(xué)校的實踐經(jīng)驗和對本地區(qū)相關(guān)學(xué)校的調(diào)查,對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,首先對數(shù)字化校園的概念和內(nèi)涵、數(shù)字化校園的基本特征、數(shù)字化校園相對于傳統(tǒng)校園的優(yōu)勢、數(shù)字化校園的結(jié)構(gòu)模式進(jìn)行了闡述。從建設(shè)目標(biāo)、設(shè)計原則和指導(dǎo)思想入手,重點分析了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的整體需求,圍繞中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的一些核心問題,從業(yè)務(wù)和技術(shù)的角度深入研究了統(tǒng)一信息門戶平臺設(shè)計、統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證平臺設(shè)計、統(tǒng)信息資源規(guī)劃、共享數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)和統(tǒng)一信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)。數(shù)字化校園的建設(shè)重點是在規(guī)劃,是在符合實際需求的基礎(chǔ)上對系統(tǒng)功能的充分利用和合理規(guī)劃,本文根據(jù)作者參與的數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)實踐,總結(jié)了以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園的整體架構(gòu),對數(shù)字化校園主要的業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)(辦公自動化系統(tǒng)、人事管理系統(tǒng)、教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、就業(yè)系統(tǒng)和一卡通系統(tǒng))進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計并介紹了其功能實現(xiàn)。隨著校園網(wǎng)上運行的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)越來越多,對信息系統(tǒng)的安全也提出了更高的要求,本文從中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)全局和整體的角度規(guī)劃,給出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保障體系的概要設(shè)計。數(shù)字化校園的建設(shè)規(guī)劃和實施必須有可靠的隊伍保障,主要闡述了組織機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)立和管理技術(shù)人員隊伍建設(shè)。最后,對本文的研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對下一步研究工作進(jìn)行展望。 通過本文的研究,對我校的數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)可以產(chǎn)生積極的推動作用,對同類中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)可以產(chǎn)生普遍的示范作用,具有很好的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the information construction of secondary vocational schools has made great progress. The construction of digital campus is the inevitable goal of secondary vocational school education informatization in the digital age.Its construction level represents the degree of school modernization and the level of comprehensive strength.However, the construction of digital campus is a system project with complex contents, involving a large amount of investment, related to the change of school management mode and the improvement of work efficiency, and will also affect school management and teaching to a large extent and for a long time.Office, life and other aspects, whether the construction plan is comprehensive, whether the operation is efficient, whether the system construction is stable and reliable, whether the software is extensible, and the compatibility of hardware and equipment are all very important.It is necessary to carry out research and design according to the actual situation of the school.Based on the practical experience of the school and the investigation of the relevant schools in the region, the author makes a systematic study on the construction plan of the digital campus in the secondary vocational school. Firstly, the concept and connotation of the digital campus are discussed.The basic characteristics of the digital campus, the advantages of the digital campus compared with the traditional campus, and the structure model of the digital campus are expounded.Starting with the construction goal, design principle and guiding ideology, this paper analyzes the overall demand of the digital campus construction of the secondary vocational school, and focuses on some core problems in the construction of the digital campus in the secondary vocational school.From the point of view of business and technology, the design of unified information portal platform, unified identity authentication platform, information resource planning, construction of shared data center and uniform information standard are deeply studied.The focus of the construction of digital campus is to make full use of the system function and plan reasonably on the basis of the actual demand. According to the practice of digital campus construction in which the author participates,This paper summarizes the overall structure of the employment-oriented secondary vocational school digital campus, and discusses the main business systems (office automation system, personnel management system, educational administration system) in the digital campus.The employment system and the one-card system are designed in detail and their functions are introduced.With more and more application systems running on the campus network, the security of the information system is also put forward higher requirements, this paper from the secondary vocational school digital campus construction overall and overall planning,The outline design of network security guarantee system is given.The construction planning and implementation of digital campus must have reliable team guarantee. This paper mainly expounds the establishment of organization and the construction of management technical personnel.Finally, the research results of this paper are summarized, and the future research work is prospected.Through the research in this paper, the construction of digital campus in our school can be actively promoted, and the construction of digital campus in similar secondary vocational schools can have a universal demonstration role, which has a good reference value.
