【摘要】：建立分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心是企事業(yè)單位未來發(fā)展的趨勢,但成本問題限制了其推廣和應(yīng)用,云計算的出現(xiàn)有效地解決了這一問題.通過對云計算和分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心進(jìn)行研究,分析了云計算的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心的特點(diǎn),針對這些優(yōu)勢特點(diǎn)提出了科學(xué)地將云計算應(yīng)用到分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心的一些具體服務(wù)設(shè)計方案,并進(jìn)一步研究了采用云計算后,分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心所具有的功能和優(yōu)點(diǎn),為云計算分布式聯(lián)絡(luò)中心的實(shí)際推廣應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The establishment of distributed contact center is the trend of enterprises and institutions in the future, but the problem of cost limits its promotion and application. The emergence of cloud computing effectively solves this problem.Through the research of cloud computing and distributed contact center, this paper analyzes the key technology advantages of cloud computing and the characteristics of distributed contact center.Aiming at these advantages, this paper puts forward some specific service design schemes of applying cloud computing to distributed contact center scientifically, and further studies the functions and advantages of distributed contact center after adopting cloud computing.It provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of cloud computing distributed contact center.
