【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)院信息化建設的發(fā)展，對信息一體化和業(yè)務互聯(lián)互通的需求逐漸迫切。應用集成是實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院信息一體化的唯一途徑。而傳統(tǒng)的應用方式很難為醫(yī)院實現(xiàn)信息一體化和互聯(lián)互通的目標。事實上，醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的集成工作不是一個獨立的廠家或者公司可以獨自完成的，信息系統(tǒng)的集成工作需要醫(yī)院、軟件集成公司、應用子系統(tǒng)廠家三方協(xié)同配合下才能完成。醫(yī)院在信息系統(tǒng)集成工作中不處于主導地位。醫(yī)院方面不希望和多家應用子系統(tǒng)廠家做接口，不便于日后子系統(tǒng)的維護和更換。但是，醫(yī)院與應用子系統(tǒng)廠家之間這種傳統(tǒng)的私有接口模式被更多的軟件廠家所推廣。這種接口模式已經跟不上醫(yī)院未來信息化發(fā)展的腳步。那么，怎樣把這些應用子系統(tǒng)接入到一個相對穩(wěn)定的中間平臺上，從而使子系統(tǒng)之間互相對接數(shù)據(jù)，就成了醫(yī)院勢在必行的工作內容。按照醫(yī)院原來的接口方式繼續(xù)運行的話，醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的安全性、可靠性和穩(wěn)定性都會大打折扣。同時，醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的維護成本會逐年遞增。在此背景下，醫(yī)院急需建立一個穩(wěn)定的中間平臺，與現(xiàn)有的眾多子系統(tǒng)的接口相融合，為醫(yī)院信息化建設標準和規(guī)范，來降低未來可能出現(xiàn)的醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)運行不穩(wěn)定因素的風險。 醫(yī)院各個應用信息子系統(tǒng)如果支持這種方式，就能與平臺進行數(shù)據(jù)交換，并能同其他與平臺相連的應用信息子系統(tǒng)進行數(shù)據(jù)交換與信息共享[1]。通過醫(yī)院信息集成平臺的建設，，為醫(yī)院信息化提供了標準和規(guī)劃，也為醫(yī)院內部信息共享提供了一個共享和利用的平臺。基于信息集成平臺，可以實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院臨床各個應用子系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)字典的同步，無論科室部門信息、用戶人員信息還是患者信息，在接入信息集成平臺的前提下，都可以實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)同步。避免了以往醫(yī)院多個信息系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)不同步的難題。從而可以建立更加高級的業(yè)務應用，全方位滿足醫(yī)生為病人提供臨床科學有據(jù)的信息服務支持。尤其對于醫(yī)院來說下一步要給社會保險、商業(yè)保險、衛(wèi)生主管部門（區(qū)域衛(wèi)生數(shù)據(jù)中心）、公共衛(wèi)生社區(qū)以及健康檔案等多個業(yè)務部門進行交換數(shù)據(jù)，這種情況下，更需要這樣一個穩(wěn)定、安全的中間平臺來與多方部門進行信息共享。 綜上所述，醫(yī)院建立一個信息集成平臺才是醫(yī)院信息化適應醫(yī)院發(fā)展、破解這一難題的最根本、最有效的辦法。
[Abstract]:With the development of hospital information construction, the need of information integration and business interconnection is becoming more and more urgent.Application integration is the only way to realize the integration of hospital information.But the traditional application way is very difficult to realize the information integration and the interconnection goal for the hospital.In fact, the integration of hospital information system is not an independent manufacturer or company can be completed alone, information system integration needs the hospital, software integration company, application subsystem manufacturers to cooperate to complete the work.The hospital is not in the leading position in the information system integration work.Hospitals do not want to interface with multiple application subsystem manufacturers, not easy to maintain and replace subsystems in the future.However, the traditional private interface model between hospital and application subsystem manufacturers has been popularized by more software manufacturers.This interface mode has not been able to keep up with the pace of hospital information development in the future.So, how to connect these application subsystems to a relatively stable intermediate platform, so as to make the subsystems interconnect with each other, has become the imperative work content of the hospital.The security, reliability and stability of the hospital information system will be greatly compromised if the original interface mode of the hospital continues to operate.At the same time, the maintenance cost of hospital information system will increase year by year.Under this background, it is urgent for the hospital to establish a stable intermediate platform, which is integrated with the interfaces of many existing subsystems, and is the standard and standard for the construction of hospital information.To reduce the risk of future hospital information systems operating instability risk.If each hospital application information subsystem supports this way, it can exchange data with the platform, and can exchange data and share information with other application information subsystems connected with the platform.Through the construction of hospital information integration platform, it provides the standard and planning for hospital informatization, and also provides a platform for sharing and utilizing hospital information.Based on the information integration platform, we can realize the synchronization of the data dictionary of the hospital clinical application subsystem. No matter the department information, the user information or the patient information, under the premise of accessing the information integration platform,Data synchronization between systems can be realized.Avoid the difficult problem of data synchronization among many information systems in hospitals in the past.Thus, more advanced business applications can be established to meet the needs of doctors in providing patients with evidence-based information services in clinical science.In particular, for hospitals, the next step is to exchange data for social insurance, commercial insurance, health authorities (regional health data centers, public health communities, and health archives).The need for such a stable, secure intermediate platform to share information with multiple departments.To sum up, establishing an information integration platform is the most fundamental and effective way to adapt hospital information to hospital development and solve this problem.
