【摘要】: 隨著現(xiàn)有電信體制改革的深化,如何通過一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源動態(tài)管理體系,調(diào)動企業(yè)各部門有效配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,盤活網(wǎng)絡(luò)存量資產(chǎn),提高資源利用率,是企業(yè)面向市場最大限度滿足用戶需求,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合效能和競爭力的重要保證。 同時,隨著電信基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)高速發(fā)展、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模迅猛擴大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理和維護捉襟見肘,網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量、維護水平難以保證,網(wǎng)管問題將會更加突出,如何實現(xiàn)對全網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)實時監(jiān)控,實現(xiàn)對各類故障及時準確定位處理成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護工作的重點。 資源管理和集中監(jiān)控是傳輸網(wǎng)綜合網(wǎng)管所要解決的兩大問題。本文立足于傳輸維護人員的角度,依據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)綜合網(wǎng)管建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗,闡述了傳輸網(wǎng)綜合網(wǎng)管所應具有的基本要素和功能。同時,本文還對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中的接口策略等問題進行了分析,初步探討了傳輸網(wǎng)綜合網(wǎng)管應用的機制問題。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the existing telecommunication system, how to mobilize the various departments of the enterprise to allocate the network resources effectively, activate the network stock assets, and improve the utilization rate of the resources through a dynamic management system of network resources, It is an important guarantee for enterprises to meet the needs of users and improve the comprehensive efficiency and competitiveness of the network. At the same time, with the rapid development of telecom infrastructure and the rapid expansion of network scale, network management and maintenance are stretched, network quality and maintenance level is difficult to guarantee, network management problems will become more prominent, how to realize real-time monitoring of the whole network business, It is the focus of network maintenance to realize the timely and accurate location of all kinds of faults. Resource management and centralized monitoring are two major problems to be solved in the integrated network management of transmission networks. This paper bases on the perspective of transmission maintainers, according to the experience of the construction of integrated network management of transmission networks. This paper expounds the basic elements and functions of integrated transmission network management. At the same time, this paper analyzes the interface strategy in the process of system development, and discusses the mechanism of application of integrated transmission network management.
