基于QoS的Web服務(wù)可信性研究

【摘要】:在20世紀(jì)70年代,自從可信性的理念在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究范圍內(nèi)被Marsh提出以來,一直得到許多學(xué)術(shù)界和工商業(yè)人士的關(guān)注。隨著使用Web服務(wù)的用戶逐漸增加,越來越多的人開始提供Web服務(wù),其中也不缺乏有很多投機(jī)取巧之人,這使得Web服務(wù)的質(zhì)量參差不齊,如何使得Web服務(wù)更可信已經(jīng)成了大家所關(guān)注的要點。 當(dāng)今社會Web服務(wù)越來越受到大家的關(guān)注,Web服務(wù)的QoS研究也越來越被研究者所關(guān)注?尚哦仁怯脩舻闹饔^的感受,所以用戶對可信度的影響是不可以忽視的。本文主要是考慮基于服務(wù)的QoS來對服務(wù)的可信度問題,研究的對象具有模糊程度高,影響因素大的特點,因此用模糊綜合評價算法來實現(xiàn)是非常合適的,但是又有一些不足之處,比如對惡意評價的抵抗力低等特點。同時傳統(tǒng)的Web可信服務(wù)模型對于實際情況相比也有很多缺陷,傳統(tǒng)的Web可信服務(wù)模型的QoS信息都是有服務(wù)提供者所提供的,其可信性不能保證。 針對以上問題,本人在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的工作: (1)針對目前模糊綜合評價方法在對惡意評價方面的不足之處,本文經(jīng)過一定的研究,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的模糊綜合評價方法上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行一定的處理和篩選,使該算法對惡意評價等故意破壞行為有一定的抵抗能力。 (2)在研究相似用戶匹配的算法之中,針對數(shù)據(jù)量過大的情況,本文提出了對數(shù)據(jù)按照種類進(jìn)行分類的方法,使得用戶相似度計算得到的結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確,同時在一定程度上減少了算法的執(zhí)行實際。 (3)為了使得Web服務(wù)的QoS信息更加具有可信度,本文在傳統(tǒng)的Web可信服務(wù)模型上增加了QoS更新,數(shù)據(jù)處理和可信模塊,具體內(nèi)容在第四章內(nèi)進(jìn)行了描述。同時考慮了用戶評價的因素,使得Web服務(wù)的QoS值不僅僅取決于服務(wù)提供者提供的信息,更重要的是根據(jù)用戶進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使得其值與傳統(tǒng)方法相比更加具有可信性。最后本文結(jié)合改進(jìn)的算法以及模型,對電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站服務(wù)的可信性進(jìn)行了評價,,給出了最終結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In the 1970s, since the idea of credibility was put forward by Marsh in the context of Internet research, it has been the focus of many academics and business people. More and more people begin to provide Web services, and there is no shortage of speculators, which makes the quality of Web services uneven. How to make Web services more credible has become the focus of attention. Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to the QoS research of Web services. The credibility of web services is the subjective feeling of users. Therefore, the impact of users on the reliability can not be ignored. This paper mainly considers the reliability of service based on QoS, the research object has the characteristics of high degree of ambiguity and great influence factors. So it is very suitable to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm, but there are some shortcomings, such as low resistance to malicious evaluation, etc. At the same time, the traditional Web trusted service model has a lot of defects compared with the actual situation. The QoS information of traditional Web trusted service model is provided by service provider, and its credibility can not be guaranteed. In view of the above problems, on the basis of previous studies, I have carried out the following work:. 1) in view of the deficiency of the present fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the aspect of malicious evaluation, this paper, through certain research, improves on the standard fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and processes and screens the data to a certain extent. The algorithm has a certain resistance to malicious evaluation and other vandalism. 2) in the research of similar user matching algorithm, this paper proposes a method of classifying the data according to the kind of data, which makes the results of user similarity calculation more accurate. At the same time, the implementation of the algorithm is reduced to a certain extent. In order to make the QoS information of Web service more reliable, this paper adds QoS update, data processing and trusted module to the traditional Web trusted service model. The content is described in Chapter 4, and the factors of user evaluation are taken into account, which makes the QoS value of Web service not only depend on the information provided by the service provider, but also be adjusted according to the user. It makes the value more credible than the traditional method. Finally, this paper evaluates the credibility of e-commerce website service with the improved algorithm and model, and gives the final results.
