信聯(lián)網(wǎng)商務(wù)信用體系理論與實(shí)踐——信聯(lián)網(wǎng)在旅游信用監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在旅游業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展過程中,出現(xiàn)了諸多信用缺失的現(xiàn)象,這嚴(yán)重影響了我國旅游信用環(huán)境的形成。在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"環(huán)境下,依托傳統(tǒng)的旅游信用體系建設(shè)和管理模式,難以有效推動我國旅游信用體系的建設(shè)。因此,需要利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)建設(shè)旅游信用監(jiān)管平臺,以實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游市場的科學(xué)監(jiān)管和誠信發(fā)展。筆者對信聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用于旅游信用監(jiān)管的適用性、旅游信用評價模型、旅游信聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)目標(biāo)、服務(wù)對象與內(nèi)容進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:信聯(lián)網(wǎng)對于旅游信用監(jiān)管具有很好的適應(yīng)性。大樣本的旅游信用評價可以采用大規(guī)模樣板LASSO分位數(shù)回歸模型進(jìn)行評價。旅游信聯(lián)網(wǎng)需要建立旅游信用監(jiān)管服務(wù)體系、旅游市場信息全媒體交互中心和旅游市場信息共享中心,設(shè)計(jì)涵蓋服務(wù)于旅游政府監(jiān)管部門、旅游行業(yè)協(xié)會、旅游企業(yè)、游客等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的內(nèi)容。信聯(lián)網(wǎng)在旅游信用監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域的開創(chuàng)性應(yīng)用,對于建設(shè)我國旅游誠信市場,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游信用科學(xué)監(jiān)管具有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of sustained and rapid development of tourism, there are many phenomena of lack of credit, which has seriously affected the formation of tourism credit environment in China. Under the "Internet" environment, relying on the traditional tourism credit system construction and management model, It is difficult to effectively promote the construction of tourism credit system in China. Therefore, it is necessary to use Internet technology to build a tourism credit regulatory platform. In order to realize the scientific supervision and credit development of the tourism market, the author discusses the applicability of the application of the information network to the tourism credit supervision, the evaluation model of the tourism credit, and the goal of the construction of the tourism credit network. The research results show that the information network has a good adaptability to tourism credit supervision. The large sample tourism credit evaluation can be carried out by using the large-scale model LASSO quantile regression model. Evaluation. Tourism credit network needs to establish a system of tourism credit supervision and service, Tourism market information all media interaction center and tourism market information sharing center, designed to serve tourism government supervision, tourism industry associations, tourism enterprises, The groundbreaking application of the information network in the field of tourism credit supervision is of theoretical and practical significance for the construction of our country's tourism credit market and the realization of scientific supervision of tourism credit.
