【摘要】：用戶體驗設(shè)計在國內(nèi)外設(shè)計界飛速發(fā)展，業(yè)界公認(rèn)的“Ajax之父”Jesse James Garrett在2000年3月提出的用戶體驗設(shè)計要素已無法完全適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程。另外，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品業(yè)界尚無統(tǒng)一清晰的量化方法來評估用戶體驗設(shè)計。鑒于此，論文首先闡述了用戶體驗的定義，分析了Garrett提出的用戶體驗要素具體內(nèi)容，描述了現(xiàn)有的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計流程，給出用戶體驗度定義。在此基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步分析用戶體驗要素的局限性。針對該局限性，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計流程，從用戶體驗的角度提出了新的用戶體驗設(shè)計模型，分為六個等級：目標(biāo)級（Aim）、期望級（Anticipation）、任務(wù)級（Assignment）、行為級（Action）、外觀級（Appearence）、活躍級（Animation），簡稱為6A模型。 以6A模型為基礎(chǔ)，將定量研究方法層次分析法和德爾菲法結(jié)合起來，通過專家調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等步驟，得出了一致性較好的專家集中意見，推導(dǎo)出用戶體驗評估公式。并進(jìn)一步分析，確定了用戶體驗度閾值，可用來評估互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品用戶體驗的好壞程度。 隨后根據(jù)6A模型進(jìn)行了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)品新一代金融交易終端的設(shè)計實踐，期望在設(shè)計過程中提高產(chǎn)品的用戶體驗效果。交易終端設(shè)計完成后，通過對目標(biāo)用戶的問卷調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，得出了信度效度都良好的用戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)，并使用論文推導(dǎo)出的用戶體驗評估公式計算新一代金融交易終端的用戶體驗度得分，對比論文分析出的用戶體驗度閾值，得出產(chǎn)品有較好的用戶體驗度的結(jié)論，驗證了采用6A模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品能有較好的用戶體驗效果。 論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、對比分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、層次分析法、德爾菲法、問卷的信度分析、效度分析，以及其他統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法，將定性方法和定量方法結(jié)合使用，期望得到更有價值的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In view of the limitation of user experience , a new user experience design model is proposed in this paper , which is divided into six grades : Aim , Appearence , Animation , and 6A . Based on the model of 6A , the quantitative research method is combined with Delphi method . Through expert investigation , data statistics and so on , the expert concentrated opinions with good consistency are obtained , and the user experience evaluation formula is derived . Furthermore , the user experience degree threshold is determined , which can be used to evaluate the quality of the user experience of the Internet product . Then , according to the design practice of the new generation financial transaction terminal of Internet financial products according to the 6A model , the user experience effect of the product is expected to be improved in the design process . After the design of the transaction terminal is completed , the user experience degree scores of the new generation financial transaction terminal are calculated through the questionnaire investigation and the data statistics of the target user , and the user experience degree threshold value of the new generation financial transaction terminal is calculated by using the user experience evaluation formula derived from the paper , and the conclusion that the product has better user experience degree is obtained , and the product designed by the 6A model is verified to have better user experience effect . The paper mainly adopts the literature research method , the comparative analysis method , the questionnaire method , the analytic hierarchy process , the Delphi method , the reliability analysis of the questionnaire , the validity analysis , and other statistical methods , combines the qualitative method with the quantitative method , and hopes to get more valuable research conclusion .
