基于周期性休眠的以太網(wǎng)節(jié)能策略及性能研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,日益增多的通訊業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)能量的消耗越來越大。如何降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)能耗、提高系統(tǒng)效率已經(jīng)成為研究者廣泛關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題。論文針對(duì)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù),提出基于周期性休眠的節(jié)能策略,并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性能分析。 首先,綜合考慮以太網(wǎng)節(jié)能效率和系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)性能,在IEEE802.3az的基礎(chǔ)上,引入休眠延時(shí)、提前喚醒和分段計(jì)時(shí)機(jī)制,提出一種基于周期性休眠單速率傳輸?shù)囊蕴W(wǎng)節(jié)能策略。在離散時(shí)間范疇內(nèi)建立一個(gè)帶有休假延遲和N策略的多重休假排隊(duì)模型,利用母函數(shù)方法進(jìn)行模型解析,給出能量節(jié)省率和平均響應(yīng)時(shí)間等性能指標(biāo)的表達(dá)式。 其次,考慮由數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)耐话l(fā)性特點(diǎn)以及由此造成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)載不均衡的現(xiàn)象,將ARL(Adaptive Rate Link)技術(shù)與LPI(Low Power Idle)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,提出一種基于周期性休眠雙速率傳輸?shù)囊蕴W(wǎng)節(jié)能策略。建立一個(gè)單閾值可變服務(wù)率及N策略的多重休假排隊(duì)模型,構(gòu)造三維Markov鏈,給出系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)態(tài)分布。進(jìn)一步推導(dǎo)出能量節(jié)省率和平均響應(yīng)時(shí)間等性能指標(biāo)的表達(dá)式。 然后,針對(duì)兩種節(jié)能策略分別進(jìn)行數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)和仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),定量刻畫休眠延遲計(jì)時(shí)器、休眠周期計(jì)時(shí)器、提前喚醒計(jì)數(shù)器、速率轉(zhuǎn)變閾值及低傳輸速率等參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響,并驗(yàn)證兩種節(jié)能策略的有效性。 最后,,基于實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)中反映出的能量節(jié)省率和平均響應(yīng)時(shí)間之間的折衷關(guān)系,通過構(gòu)造目標(biāo)函數(shù),進(jìn)行基于周期性休眠單速率傳輸?shù)囊蕴W(wǎng)節(jié)能策略和基于周期性休眠雙速率傳輸?shù)囊蕴W(wǎng)節(jié)能策略的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, more and more communication services to the consumption of energy is more and more big. How to reduce the energy consumption of the network, improve the efficiency of the system has become a hot topic of researchers. The thesis focuses on the Ethernet technology, put forward the periodic sleep and energy saving strategy based on system performance analysis.
First of all, considering the efficiency and energy saving system of Ethernet response performance, on the basis of IEEE802.3az, introducing the sleep delay, wake early and split mechanism, put forward a kind of Ethernet energy saving strategy of periodic sleep single rate transmission. Based on the establishment of multiple vacations with a vacation delay and N strategy in discrete time domain queuing model the model analytically using the generating function method, given the energy saving rate and average response time. Secondly, considering the characteristics of burst data transmission and the resulting network load imbalance, ARL (Adaptive Rate Link) technology and LPI (Low Power Idle) technology, put forward a kind of Ethernet energy saving strategy of periodic sleep double rate transmission. Finally, reflect the experimental data in the energy saving ratio and the average response time based on the trade-off between, by constructing the objective function of energy saving strategies of Ethernet periodic sleep single rate transmission system based on Ethernet and Optimization Based on energy saving strategy of periodic sleep double rate transmission.
