【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展，伴隨而來(lái)的一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息生態(tài)問(wèn)題也變的不可避免。沒有對(duì)信息的有組合的收集、整理、加工、傳遞和應(yīng)用，，就沒有當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息環(huán)境科學(xué)、合理、健康、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展，就無(wú)法利用信息創(chuàng)造財(cái)富、改變生活和推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)研究信息生態(tài)學(xué)理論，并以信息生態(tài)理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下具有一定信息生態(tài)特性網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行研究。 缺少正確的理論引導(dǎo)和科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)體系，致使現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的降低已經(jīng)成為普遍現(xiàn)象。通過(guò)正確的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)規(guī)劃及管理，可以使網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率大幅度上升，讓網(wǎng)站企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得到大幅度提升，從而脫穎而出。合理的規(guī)劃與管理離不開大量的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)作為依據(jù)，這一切必須有網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系提供的數(shù)據(jù)作為依靠。本文以信息生態(tài)理論與網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建相結(jié)合，以信息生態(tài)理論為基礎(chǔ)的創(chuàng)新能夠讓信息生態(tài)得以更廣泛的應(yīng)用，做到新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)效率評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)為網(wǎng)站企業(yè)帶來(lái)合理的效應(yīng)。促使網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境逐漸重視信息生態(tài)理論的有效合理應(yīng)用，從而使國(guó)內(nèi)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)一步提升發(fā)展空間。 首先本文以信息生態(tài)思想為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)對(duì)信息生態(tài)環(huán)境、信息資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息游湖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息功能及信息生態(tài)平衡等各組成要素的深入研究與分析，探究其聯(lián)系。同時(shí)著眼于提高在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息生態(tài)大背景下，歸納、總結(jié)前人信息生態(tài)理論在網(wǎng)站運(yùn)營(yíng)中的理論和實(shí)際應(yīng)用，分析對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的相關(guān)理論，以此為依據(jù)設(shè)定網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系目標(biāo)與原則，并建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)體系。然后總結(jié)前人的研究成果，進(jìn)行更進(jìn)一步的理論嘗試，基于LOWA算子就“為為網(wǎng)”運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行評(píng)估并做出結(jié)果分析。最后以此作為研究和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域提供借鑒，為夠?yàn)榫W(wǎng)站企業(yè)快速發(fā)展提供對(duì)策依據(jù)和優(yōu)化意見。
[Abstract]:With the development of social network, some ecological problems of network information become inevitable. Without the collection, collation, processing, transmission and application of information, there is no science of network information environment. Reasonable, healthy and sustainable development can't make use of information to create wealth, change life and promote social development. Based on the theory of information ecology, this paper studies the running efficiency of network platform with certain information ecological characteristics in the current social network environment. Due to the lack of correct theoretical guidance and scientific evaluation system, it has become a common phenomenon to reduce the operating efficiency of the network platform at the present stage. Through the correct planning and management of the network platform, the running efficiency of the network platform can be greatly increased. So that the core competitiveness of website enterprises have been greatly improved, thus stand out. Reasonable planning and management can not be separated from a large number of data indicators as the basis, All these must depend on the data provided by the evaluation index system of network platform efficiency. This paper combines the theory of information ecology with the construction of network platform efficiency evaluation index system. The innovation based on the theory of information ecology can make the information ecology more widely used. The efficiency evaluation system of the new network platform can bring reasonable effect to the website enterprises, and promote the network environment to pay more attention to the effective and reasonable application of the information ecology theory, so as to further enhance the development space of the domestic network. First of all, based on the idea of information ecology, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the information ecological environment, information resources, information technology of network platform, network information traveling lake, information function of network platform and information ecological balance. At the same time, with a view to improving the background of network information ecology, summarize and summarize the theory and practical application of previous information ecology theory in the operation of website, and analyze the related theories on the operation efficiency of network information platform. Based on this, the objectives and principles of network platform operation evaluation index system are set up, and the evaluation system of network platform operation efficiency is established. Based on LOWA operator, the efficiency of "for the net" is evaluated and the result is analyzed. Finally, this paper provides a reference for the research and application field, and provides countermeasures and optimization suggestions for the rapid development of website enterprises.
