【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的作家培養(yǎng)機制無法滿足社會對作家的需求。因此,需要涵義更廣的作家孵化機制來解決。原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺是原創(chuàng)文學網(wǎng)站和云閱讀平臺融合的產(chǎn)物,其繼承了兩者在作家孵化方面的諸多優(yōu)勢�；诖�,本文嘗試構建一套基于原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺的公益性作家孵化機制來解決上述問題。本文通過對我國現(xiàn)有的作家群體的培養(yǎng)機制中存在的問題進行研究分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其難以滿足社會對作家的需求。通過對原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺在作家孵化方面的優(yōu)勢分析以及對盛大文學的例子的剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺在作家孵化方面有應用的價值,但進一步的擴展應用需要做一些調(diào)整。為此,本文在現(xiàn)有平臺的基礎上結合相關的研究成果,提出了基于原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺的公益性作家孵化機制。本文所提的方案的貢獻和創(chuàng)新主要表現(xiàn)在：第一,將信息管理工程的思想融入傳統(tǒng)圖書領域。通過構建一套建立在原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺上的公益性作家孵化機制,運用云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)等先進技術,以系統(tǒng)化、工程化的思想對作品、作者等相關數(shù)據(jù)進行科學管理,建立相關的機制,從而解決傳統(tǒng)作家培養(yǎng)機制在作家培養(yǎng)模式和作者收入方面的諸多問題,為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到積極推動的作用。第二,用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術對傳統(tǒng)圖書的創(chuàng)作發(fā)行模式進行了改造�，F(xiàn)有的這類題材的作品的創(chuàng)作模式以紙質(zhì)書發(fā)行為主,具有創(chuàng)作周期長、與讀者互動少、發(fā)行成本高等諸多不足。本文在借鑒網(wǎng)絡文學創(chuàng)作發(fā)行經(jīng)驗的基礎上,根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)圖書的特性,進行了改良,提出了交互式、按章節(jié)寫作、按需寫作等適合傳統(tǒng)圖書創(chuàng)作的新寫作模式,并配合制定了相應的簽約機制、違約機制和績效評估與獎勵機制。而本文采用的全面免費的全覆蓋云閱讀方式則極大地提高了平臺作品的覆蓋率,降低了發(fā)行成本。第三,對原創(chuàng)云閱讀平臺的績效評估方式進行改良。本文以公益性為出發(fā)點,結合在線創(chuàng)作的特點,通過對作品章節(jié)分類打分、內(nèi)部排名、加權計酬的方式,對作者的績效評估方式進行了改良。使得其不再單純依賴于點擊率、訂閱量等指標,從而有利于保護那些小眾化、社會意義較大的作品。
[Abstract]:The existing writer training mechanism can not meet the needs of the society for writers. Therefore, it needs a broader writer incubation mechanism to solve the problem. The original cloud reading platform is the product of the integration of the original literature website and the cloud reading platform. It inherits many of the advantages of both in the incubation of writers. This paper attempts to construct a public welfare writer incubation mechanism based on the original cloud reading platform to solve the above problems. Through the analysis of the advantages of the original cloud reading platform in the incubation of writers and the analysis of the examples of Shanda literature, it is found that the original cloud reading platform has application value in the incubation of writers. However, the further expansion of the application needs to be adjusted. Therefore, this paper combines the related research results based on the existing platform. This paper puts forward the incubating mechanism of public welfare writers based on the original cloud reading platform. The contributions and innovations of the schemes proposed in this paper are as follows: first, Integrating the idea of information management engineering into the field of traditional books. Through constructing a set of incubating mechanism of public welfare writers based on the original cloud reading platform, using cloud computing, big data and other advanced technologies to systematize and engineer the works, The author and other related data are managed scientifically and the relevant mechanism is established, so as to solve the problems of the traditional writer training mechanism in the writer training mode and the author's income, and play an active role in promoting the development of the cultural industry in our country. The creation and distribution mode of traditional books has been reformed by using Internet technology. The existing creation mode of this kind of works is mainly paper book distribution, with long creative cycle and less interaction with readers. Based on the experience of network literature creation and distribution, according to the characteristics of traditional books, this paper has improved, put forward interactive, according to the chapter writing, The new writing mode suitable for traditional book creation, such as on-demand writing, and the corresponding signing mechanism have been worked out. Default mechanism and performance evaluation and reward mechanism. And the full free and full coverage cloud reading method adopted in this paper has greatly improved the coverage of platform works and reduced the distribution cost. Third, To improve the performance evaluation of the original cloud reading platform. This article takes the public welfare as the starting point, combines the online creation characteristic, through classifies the work chapter score, the internal ranking, the weighted pay way, The author's performance evaluation method is improved, which makes it no longer rely solely on the index of click rate, subscription and so on, which is helpful to protect the works which are small and of great social significance.
