云環(huán)境下虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)演化管理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化技術(shù)將網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源層與物理層解耦,以融合分布異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的方式為上層應(yīng)用屏蔽網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)雜性問題,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置管理靈活性。云計算與網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化技術(shù)的結(jié)合使得實現(xiàn)更敏捷、高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理成為可能。然而,由于云應(yīng)用的動態(tài)性,以及缺少業(yè)務(wù)感知的主動、自適應(yīng)虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理能力,云環(huán)境下虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源利用率仍然不高,網(wǎng)絡(luò)碎片化等管理問題日趨嚴(yán)峻。虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)適應(yīng)云應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)需求能力不足,不但不能提升云應(yīng)用靈活性、敏捷性和資源利用率,反而會因為額外構(gòu)建的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)層增加云基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的復(fù)雜度,從而帶來潛在的穩(wěn)定性和性能風(fēng)險,并造成更大的資源浪費。隨著面向未來的“端—網(wǎng)—云”模式的出現(xiàn)和快速演進,網(wǎng)絡(luò)主動發(fā)現(xiàn)、識別云應(yīng)用的動態(tài)性并持續(xù)演化適應(yīng)動態(tài)性的能力不足,與快速增長的網(wǎng)絡(luò)互聯(lián)終端數(shù)量之間的矛盾日益突出。目前,雖然該領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一些相關(guān)技術(shù)研究成果,但仍然存在虛擬化成本過高,虛擬節(jié)點遷移有效性難以判斷的管理復(fù)雜性問題;基于主機內(nèi)部虛擬化技術(shù)構(gòu)建的網(wǎng)絡(luò)碎片化及資源利用率低;虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源與業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)不能動態(tài)自適應(yīng),以及現(xiàn)有虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置算法執(zhí)行效率不高問題仍待突破解決。本文分析了當(dāng)前面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn),深入研究了相關(guān)技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀并針對性地展開技術(shù)研究并提出了基于信念-愿望-意圖(Belief-Desire-Intention, BDI)模型的虛擬資源自治管理框架。以此為支撐,利用圖論分裂聚類理論、貝葉斯信念網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Bayesian Belief Network, BBN)概率推理、線性規(guī)劃等理論模型解決了云應(yīng)用服務(wù)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)感知的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)演化管理相關(guān)問題,提升了現(xiàn)有虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源調(diào)度以及虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置算法執(zhí)行效率。最后基于理論研究成果,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了面向云應(yīng)用的敏捷虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺系統(tǒng),通過測試驗證了技術(shù)有效性。本文的主要工作可歸納為以下幾點:(1)設(shè)計了一種基于信念-愿望-意圖模型和多智能體系統(tǒng)的虛擬資源自治管理體系結(jié)構(gòu),提出了以云應(yīng)用為核心的虛擬資源自治管理框架設(shè)計方案,通過將自治控制功能與云應(yīng)用本身解耦的策略簡化了管理復(fù)雜度,和網(wǎng)絡(luò)接入云平臺配置、管理的難度,解決了網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化損耗過高,以及虛擬資源節(jié)點遷移有效性判定的管理問題,為實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)感知的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)演化管理提供框架支撐。(2)提出了基于圖論分裂聚類算法的云應(yīng)用模型容器內(nèi)虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源自適應(yīng)調(diào)度策略,實現(xiàn)了通過判斷虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬資源使用率對基于云應(yīng)用容器模型描述的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點調(diào)度,優(yōu)化其網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬資源分配策略的方法,緩解了網(wǎng)絡(luò)碎片化及性能干擾問題,提升了物理網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源利用率。(3)提出了服務(wù)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)感知的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險分析、定位方法,基于貝葉斯信念網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計了對由于異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境計算通信資源的動態(tài)、多元性導(dǎo)致的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能不確定性,進行因果關(guān)系建模(Causal-Effect Relation Modeling)的技術(shù)方案,并利用預(yù)先給定的服務(wù)質(zhì)量目標(biāo),主動觸發(fā)貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大概率解釋MPE (Most Probability Explanation)概率推理,判斷虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)超配/不足狀態(tài)的策略,實現(xiàn)了自動化風(fēng)險分析定位,以及隨需動態(tài)演化式的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置請求生成,大幅降低了人工運維復(fù)雜度及工作量。(4)提出了虛擬節(jié)點/虛擬鏈路遷移與置換策略相結(jié)合的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置方法,定義了通過虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置率指標(biāo),并基于此來衡量虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置請求中,資源提升需求滿足程度的策略,通過利用線性規(guī)劃理論對目標(biāo)問題域建模,設(shè)計了虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)重配置算法,進一步提升了現(xiàn)有重配置算法執(zhí)行效率。(5)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了具有隨需交付虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源能力的敏捷虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理架構(gòu),能夠通過動態(tài)感知云應(yīng)用為核心的服務(wù)質(zhì)量目標(biāo),來實現(xiàn)虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源調(diào)度,以及拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)演化,為“端—網(wǎng)—云”架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)提供基礎(chǔ)管理平臺級支撐。
[Abstract]:Network virtualization technology cyber source layer and physical layer decoupling, application layer shielding network complexity to integration of distributed heterogeneous cyber source way, enhance the flexibility of network configuration management. With the combination of cloud computing and network virtualization technology enables more agile, efficient management of cyber source as possible. However, due to the dynamic nature of cloud applications and the lack of service awareness, initiative, adaptive virtual network management capabilities, the utilization rate of the virtual cyber source cloud environment is still not high, the network fragmentation and other management issues are becoming increasingly serious. The dynamic virtual network to adapt to the cloud application service demand ability is insufficient, not only can improve the utilization rate of cloud application flexibility, agility and resources, but because of the construction of additional virtual network layer increases the complexity of the cloud infrastructure, so as to bring stability and performance of the potential risks, and cause more. The source of waste. As a future oriented "end net cloud" model and the rapid evolution of network, active discovery, dynamic cloud application identification and continued evolution of the ability to adapt to dynamic problems, with the contradiction between the rapid growth of the number of Internet terminals have become increasingly prominent. At present, although the field has some the related research achievement, but there is still a virtual high cost and complexity of management effectiveness is difficult to determine the virtual node migration; the low utilization rate of the main internal construction of virtualization technology based on network fragmentation and resources; the virtual cyber source and business objectives can not be dynamically adaptive, as well as the existing virtual network reconfiguration algorithm execution efficiency is not yet the problem of high breakthrough in solving. This article analyzes the problems and challenges facing, in-depth study of the related technical status and pointed out the research and technology The belief desire intention based on (Belief-Desire-Intention, BDI) autonomous virtual resource management framework model. In order to support, split by graph clustering theory, Bayesian belief network (Bayesian Belief Network, BBN) probabilistic reasoning, linear programming model to solve the related problems of the evolution of dynamic management of virtual network cloud application service quality objectives perception, to enhance the existing virtual cyber source scheduling and virtual network reconfiguration algorithm efficiency. Finally based on the theoretical research, design and Implementation for the cloud applications agile virtual network management platform system, through the test to verify the effectiveness of the technology. The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows: (1) design. Based on the belief desire intention model and multi-agent system for autonomous virtual resource management system structure, puts forward the application as the core of the virtual cloud Autonomous resource management framework design scheme, the autonomous control function and cloud application itself decoupling strategy simplifies the complexity of management, network access and cloud platform configuration, management difficulties, solve the network virtualization and resource loss is too high, the virtual node migration management validity judgement, provide a framework to support management for dynamic virtual network to achieve the business target perception evolution. (2) proposed a cloud application model graph clustering algorithm in container splitting virtual cyber source adaptive scheduling strategy based on the judgment through the implementation of virtual network band width resource utilization rate of virtual network node scheduling description model based on cloud application container, the optimization method of network bandwidth resource allocation strategy. To ease the interference and performance of network fragmentation problems, enhance the physical and cyber source utilization. (4) proposed a virtual network reconfiguration method combining virtual virtual node / link migration and replacement strategy, defines the index through the virtual network reconfiguration, and based on this measure The virtual network reconfiguration request, to meet the needs of resources to enhance the degree of strategy, by using linear programming theory to target problem domain modeling, virtual network reconfiguration algorithm design, to further improve the existing reconfiguration algorithm efficiency.
