【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,WebGIS也進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代。人們對(duì)于地理空間信息服務(wù)的需求也越來越多,人們的出行、旅游、駕車都需要地理空間信息的服務(wù)。某商旅企業(yè)通過原有的語音客服的電話服務(wù)平臺(tái),進(jìn)一步發(fā)展信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)以方便客戶多樣化,個(gè)性化的信息查詢需求。隨著人們自駕出游量的提升,服務(wù)平臺(tái)增加了酒店預(yù)訂模塊,客戶可以隨時(shí)通過電話預(yù)訂酒店�？头藛T可以通過電話了解到客戶所在的地點(diǎn),作為中心點(diǎn)在地圖上搜索附近的酒店,并幫助客戶處理酒店預(yù)訂服務(wù)。公交查詢模塊可以幫助客戶查詢公交線路和自駕出行線路等服務(wù)。并通過語音和短信服務(wù)將客戶所需要的公交線路、自駕出行線路等信息反饋給客戶。商旅服務(wù)平臺(tái)中將實(shí)現(xiàn)在線預(yù)訂酒店,公交線路查詢,自駕出行線路查詢等業(yè)務(wù)模塊,作為企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù)而提高服務(wù)效益。在國(guó)外,已經(jīng)有很多成功的商旅服務(wù)網(wǎng)站為客戶提供網(wǎng)上預(yù)訂酒店,查詢旅行線路等服務(wù)。在國(guó)內(nèi),也有許多旅游企業(yè)開始推出自己的服務(wù)平臺(tái),并且為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了不俗的業(yè)績(jī)。因而,開發(fā)商旅服務(wù)平臺(tái)是十分有意義的。本文在分析了商旅服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的需求后,提出了一個(gè)基于WebGIS的商旅服務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),詳細(xì)闡述了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案和開發(fā)過程。首先根據(jù)商旅服務(wù)平臺(tái)的業(yè)務(wù)特征,分析業(yè)務(wù)框架和需求,分析商旅服務(wù)平臺(tái)的主要功能和核心流程。接著開始分析系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu),對(duì)酒店預(yù)訂、公交線路查詢、自駕出行線路查詢等核心模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的模型、算法和技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。還將分析服務(wù)平臺(tái)和相關(guān)系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換接口,以及對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)交換接口的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。在總體設(shè)計(jì)階段,提出了系統(tǒng)的建立任務(wù),然后確定系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、總體框架和核心功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段,詳細(xì)分析了系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的業(yè)務(wù)流程和具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,然后討論了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)模型的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),以及服務(wù)平臺(tái)與外部相關(guān)系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換接口做了詳細(xì)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern Internet technology, WebGIS has also entered the era of rapid development. Driving requires the service of geospatial information. Through the telephone service platform of the original voice customer service, a certain business enterprise has further developed the information service platform to facilitate the diversification of its customers. Personalized information query needs. With the increase in the number of self-driving travel, the service platform has added a hotel reservation module, customers can book a hotel at any time, customer service personnel can know the customer's location through the phone, As a central point, search the map for nearby hotels, The public transport inquiry module can help the customer to inquire about the bus route and the self-driving travel line, and use voice and short message service to connect the bus line that the customer needs. Business travel service platform will realize online hotel booking, bus route inquiry, self-driving route inquiry and other business modules, as the core business of enterprises and improve service efficiency. There have been many successful business travel service websites to provide customers with online hotel booking, query travel routes and other services. In China, many tourism enterprises have started to launch their own service platform, and have created good results for enterprises. It is very meaningful to develop business travel service platform. After analyzing the demand of business travel service, this paper proposes a business travel service platform system based on WebGIS. The design and development process of the system are described in detail. Firstly, according to the business characteristics of the business travel service platform, the business framework and requirements are analyzed. This paper analyzes the main functions and core processes of the business travel service platform. Then it begins to analyze the overall structure of the system, and designs the core modules, such as hotel reservation, public transport route query, self-driving route query, and so on, and designs the corresponding model. The data exchange interface between the service platform and the related system, as well as the design and implementation of the data exchange interface will be analyzed. In the overall design stage, the task of establishing the system is put forward, and then the structure of the system is determined. In the detailed design stage, the business process and implementation method of each functional module of the system are analyzed in detail, and then the design and implementation of the system data model are discussed. And the data exchange interface between service platform and external system is analyzed and designed in detail.
