【摘要】：針對虛擬化演進(jìn)分組核心網(wǎng)(v EPC)環(huán)境下,現(xiàn)有虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能(VNF)部署方法無法在優(yōu)化時延的同時保證服務(wù)鏈部署收益的問題,提出一種改進(jìn)的基于Q-learning算法的v EPC虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能部署方法。在傳統(tǒng)0-1規(guī)劃模型的基礎(chǔ)上,采用馬爾可夫決策過程建立了v EPC服務(wù)鏈部署的空間—時間優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計了改進(jìn)的Q-learning算法求解。該方法同時考慮了空間維度下的EPC服務(wù)鏈虛擬映射和時間維度下的VNF生命周期管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了VNF部署的收益—時延多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。仿真結(jié)果表明,與其他VNF部署方法相比,該方法在降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)時延的同時提高了VNF部署的收益和請求接受率。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of virtualization evolution packet core network (VEPC), the existing methods of virtual network function deployment can not guarantee the benefit of service chain deployment while optimizing delay. In this paper, an improved method for deploying the functions of v EPC virtual network based on Q-learning algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional 0-1 programming model, the space-time optimization model of v EPC service chain deployment is established by using Markov decision process. An improved Q-learning algorithm is designed, which considers the virtual mapping of EPC service chain in spatial dimension and VNF lifecycle management in time dimension, and realizes the multi-objective optimization of pay-delay in VNF deployment. Compared with other VNF deployment methods, this method not only reduces the network delay, but also improves the VNF deployment revenue and request acceptance rate.
