基于分布式交換機(jī)IRF堆疊的板間通信研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,為了簡(jiǎn)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)組網(wǎng)難度,提升系統(tǒng)可靠性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能,IRF(Intelligent Resilient Framework,智能彈性框架)堆疊技術(shù)作為虛擬化系統(tǒng)的代表技術(shù)之一應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。雖然IRF堆疊技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)滿足了目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)的需求,但是IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中板間通信的網(wǎng)絡(luò)速率和容量成指數(shù)的上升。為了適應(yīng)板間通信成倍增加的網(wǎng)絡(luò)速率和容量,交換機(jī)正在朝著分布式交換機(jī)的方向發(fā)展。但是要在IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)CPU之間的報(bào)文通信,不僅要考慮本交換機(jī)內(nèi)的CPU通信即框內(nèi)通信,還要考慮到交換機(jī)之間的CPU通信即跨框通信。板間通信(包括IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)的框內(nèi)通信和跨框通信)是分布式交換機(jī)IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)形成的基本支撐模塊,用以支持IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)不同單板上CPU之間報(bào)文通信。所以IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中板間通信技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)非常值得研究的課題。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是基于H3C公司的SR88X高端分布式交換機(jī)的IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中的板間通信。首先闡述了IRF堆疊的基本概念,二層轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)基本原理,以及LSW(交換芯片)原理等等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中板間通信的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。然后從IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)的框內(nèi)通信和跨框通信兩個(gè)方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的報(bào)文通信機(jī)制進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí),本論文還研究了隊(duì)列調(diào)度,優(yōu)化了IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)中板間通信的隊(duì)列調(diào)度機(jī)制。最后,完成了IRF堆疊系統(tǒng)的框內(nèi)通信和跨框通信的測(cè)試,并且分析測(cè)試結(jié)果,結(jié)果符合系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, the scale of the network is expanding day by day. As one of the representative technologies of virtualization system, the stacking technology of Intelligent Resilient Framework (Intelligent Resilient Framework) arises at the historic moment, although the emergence of IRF stacking technology meets the needs of the current network. However, the network rate and capacity of inter-plate communication in IRF stack system are exponentially increased. In order to adapt to the increasing network speed and capacity of inter-board communication, The switch is developing towards the direction of distributed switch. But in order to realize the message communication between CPU in the IRF stack system, we should not only consider the CPU communication in this switch, that is, the communication in the box. It is also considered that the CPU communication between switches is cross-frame communication. Inter-board communication (including intra-frame communication and cross-frame communication of IRF stack system) is the basic supporting module for the formation of IRF stack system in distributed switches. In order to support the message communication between CPU on different veneers of IRF stack system, the technology of communication between boards in IRF stack system is a subject worth studying. The main research content of this thesis is based on H3C SR88X high end score. The communication between boards in the IRF stack system of the distributed switch. Firstly, the basic concept of the IRF stack is introduced. The basic principle of layer 2 forwarding, the principle of LSWs and so on, and on this basis, This paper designs a scheme of inter-board communication in IRF stack system, and then designs the message communication mechanism in IRF stack system from two aspects: in-box communication and cross-frame communication. At the same time, the queue scheduling is also studied in this paper. The queue scheduling mechanism of inter-board communication in IRF stack system is optimized. Finally, the in-box communication and cross-frame communication of IRF stack system are tested, and the test results are analyzed and the results meet the requirements of the system.
