【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關的各類項目也隨之大量出現(xiàn)。這些項目不僅數(shù)量很多,而且往往面臨激烈的市場競爭。這些項目中最經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的問題就是項目不能按計劃時間完成,從而導致客戶不能按預定時間開通和使用網(wǎng)絡通信業(yè)務,使客戶滿意度下降,甚至發(fā)生客戶業(yè)務轉(zhuǎn)網(wǎng)等情況,嚴重影響公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展和形象。其中,電信運營商為集團大客戶開通互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線業(yè)務的項目就是典型的一類項目。本文以電信運營商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目為例進行研究,試圖解決如何保證電信運營商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目按計劃時間完成,從而提高電信運營商的專線服務品質(zhì)的問題。本論文主要研究國內(nèi)電信運營商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目的進度管理的計劃建立及其優(yōu)化問題。由于目前電信運營商都沒有從整體項目進度管理的角度計劃和控制互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目,所以本文將首先采用調(diào)研法總結(jié)并建立此類項目的網(wǎng)絡計劃圖。本文首先訪談使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線業(yè)務的國內(nèi)電信運營商的商務客戶,明確互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目的進度管理中存在的問題。再通過訪談國內(nèi)電信運營商的相關部門員工和領導,總結(jié)并規(guī)劃出現(xiàn)有此類項目的網(wǎng)絡計劃圖;之后通過調(diào)研分析,確定此類項目的關鍵路徑。接下來,本文將主要采用關鍵鏈法對建立的電信運營商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目的進度計劃進行優(yōu)化,通過對得出的網(wǎng)絡計劃圖及相關數(shù)據(jù)的分析,得出影響此類工程項目進度的關鍵工序和關鍵資源,嘗試為此類項目設計一套新的優(yōu)化進度管理流程。本研究將調(diào)研法和關鍵鏈法分別應用于電信運營商互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目的進度管理中,希望強化項目進度管理技術在實際項目中的作用。同時,也希望能夠幫助電信運營商了解和反思自身可能存在的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線工程項目進度管理方面存在的問題,有效改進項目工期,提高服務質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度,同時幫助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)專線業(yè)務市場更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, a large number of Internet-related projects have emerged. These projects are not only a lot of projects. And often face fierce market competition. The most common problem in these projects is that the project can not be completed according to scheduled time, resulting in customers can not open and use network communication services on schedule. Make customer satisfaction decline, even happen customer business network, seriously affect the company's business development and image. The project of telecom operators to open Internet dedicated line services for large group customers is a typical project. This paper takes the telecom operators Internet special line project as an example to study. Try to solve how to ensure telecom operators Internet dedicated line project completed on schedule. In order to improve the service quality of telecom operators, this paper mainly studies the establishment and optimization of the schedule management of the domestic telecom operators' Internet dedicated line project. The project is not planned and controlled from the perspective of overall project schedule management. Therefore, this paper will first use the research method to summarize and establish the network plan of such projects. Firstly, this paper will interview the business customers of the domestic telecom operators who use the Internet private line service. Make clear the problems existing in the progress management of the Internet dedicated line project. Then by interviewing the staff and leaders of the relevant departments of the domestic telecom operators, summarize and plan the network plan map with such projects; After the investigation and analysis to determine the key path of such projects. Next, this paper will mainly use the key chain method to establish the telecom operators Internet dedicated line project schedule optimization. Through the analysis of the network plan and related data, the key processes and resources that affect the progress of this kind of project are obtained. This paper attempts to design a new optimal schedule management process for this kind of project. This study applies the research method and the key chain method to the progress management of the telecom operators' Internet dedicated line project. I hope to strengthen the role of project schedule management technology in the actual project. At the same time, I hope to help telecom operators understand and reflect on their own problems in the project schedule management of Internet dedicated line project. Effectively improve project duration, improve service quality and customer satisfaction, and help the Internet dedicated line business market to develop better.
