恐怖主義下的恐懼對(duì)員工緊張的影響研究

  恐怖主義是當(dāng)今社會(huì)無(wú)法避免和預(yù)測(cè)的現(xiàn)象。組織可以給員工提供先進(jìn)的設(shè)施和優(yōu)越的工作環(huán)境,但是無(wú)法避免恐怖活動(dòng)給員工帶來(lái)的恐懼的影響。最近震驚全球的恐怖主義事件,如2014年巴基斯坦白沙瓦公立學(xué)校襲擊,2015年法國(guó)巴黎恐怖襲擊、2017年英國(guó)倫敦曼徹斯特競(jìng)技場(chǎng)恐怖襲擊以及2019年新西蘭基督城清真寺恐怖襲擊等事件僅是恐怖活動(dòng)的冰山一角。從這些事例可以看出,恐怖主義事件并不僅僅發(fā)生在常見(jiàn)的人群聚集區(qū),而是可以發(fā)生在任何地方,這就會(huì)使人們極度緊張和恐懼。人們長(zhǎng)期生活和工作在恐怖主義事件頻發(fā)地區(qū)會(huì)感到非?謶,他們需要在職場(chǎng)中處理不斷加劇的恐怖主義帶來(lái)的緊張和恐懼。全球日益猖獗的恐怖主義襲擊事件嚴(yán)重惡化了人們的生活質(zhì)量和心理幸福感。然而,當(dāng)前對(duì)于恐怖主義現(xiàn)象的研究亟待完善。本文從恐怖主義對(duì)員工幸福感的負(fù)面影響視角,探討恐懼、壓力、倦怠、心理幸福感、缺勤和情緒智力的影響關(guān)系。研究目的有以下三個(gè)方面:1)探索恐怖主義下恐懼對(duì)員工倦怠、心理幸福感和缺勤的直接影響;2)分析恐怖主義導(dǎo)致的壓力在恐懼與員工倦怠、心理幸福感和缺勤關(guān)系之間的間接作用;3)檢驗(yàn)員工情緒智力對(duì)恐懼、倦怠、缺勤和心理幸福感之間關(guān)系...
