口譯項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告—口譯項(xiàng)目管理的流程

作者利用課余時(shí)間在廣州博朗翻譯服務(wù)有限公司實(shí)習(xí),協(xié)助公司項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在口譯項(xiàng)目方面的工作,主要職責(zé)包括搜集整理項(xiàng)目背景信息,聯(lián)系譯員,后期總結(jié)及其他相關(guān)工作。通過(guò)該實(shí)習(xí),作者更加了解口譯項(xiàng)目管理流程,譯員選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),質(zhì)量控制方法,常見(jiàn)突發(fā)情況及其規(guī)避辦法,對(duì)翻譯市場(chǎng)也有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),更加明確了一名口譯項(xiàng)目管理人員的職責(zé)所在,從而了解到自身的不足。由于所參與的口譯項(xiàng)目規(guī)模較小,作者不得不選用兩次口譯項(xiàng)目,即項(xiàng)目A-第二屆中國(guó)亞太物流高峰論壇和項(xiàng)目B-美國(guó)馬里蘭中國(guó)辦事處華南行,來(lái)闡釋口譯項(xiàng)目管理的過(guò)程。根據(jù)《翻譯項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)務(wù)》,口譯項(xiàng)目可分為項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng),計(jì)劃,執(zhí)行和收尾四個(gè)階段。為更好闡釋每一個(gè)階段的具體內(nèi)容,作者截取項(xiàng)目A或項(xiàng)目B進(jìn)行案例分析。具體而言,啟動(dòng)階段最主要的可行性分析是以項(xiàng)目B為例;計(jì)劃階段的分工及進(jìn)度制定均采用項(xiàng)目A分析,該階段涉及到的資源及工具則使用項(xiàng)目B分析;執(zhí)行階段兼用A和B兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目展示譯前準(zhǔn)備,譯員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)以及突發(fā)事件處理;收尾階段作者選用項(xiàng)目A解釋如何結(jié)束一個(gè)具體的項(xiàng)目,而項(xiàng)目評(píng)估則是在項(xiàng)目B的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行。即便如此,口譯項(xiàng)目管理中的一些步驟和概念,例如工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)和...
