【摘要】：近年來,中國重視引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)發(fā)展自身,大批英文著作被譯成中文,為國人所用�！镀矫嬖O(shè)計(jì)教程》是一部英文科技著作,由國際上著名的平面設(shè)計(jì)專家撰寫而成,涵蓋了世界上頂端的設(shè)計(jì)理念和大量成功的設(shè)計(jì)作品。筆者在導(dǎo)師的帶領(lǐng)下,擔(dān)任《平面設(shè)計(jì)教程》翻譯項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理,與廣西美術(shù)出版社對接,根據(jù)組員特點(diǎn)分配、跟蹤翻譯任務(wù),進(jìn)行時(shí)間和質(zhì)量控制、審校和排版,以及完成初稿譯文的部分翻譯任務(wù)等。在此過程中,筆者學(xué)習(xí)了翻譯項(xiàng)目的管理技巧和溝通技能,同時(shí)積累了大量的翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn),提高了翻譯技能。本報(bào)告根據(jù)筆者自身的實(shí)習(xí)情況,從項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的崗位職責(zé)出發(fā),首先對項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的前期準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行闡述,包括項(xiàng)目的可行性分析、計(jì)劃制定、相關(guān)技術(shù)和資源支持和突發(fā)事件處理預(yù)案等,其次說明項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程的管理和項(xiàng)目評估等。最后,筆者將對項(xiàng)目過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和解決方案以及由此引發(fā)的思考做詳細(xì)闡述。同時(shí),筆者將結(jié)合翻譯目的論,對文本中出現(xiàn)的具體翻譯現(xiàn)象做詳細(xì)分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has attached great importance to the introduction of foreign advanced technology to develop itself, and a large number of English works have been translated into Chinese and used by Chinese people. Graphic Design course is an English scientific and technological work written by famous graphic design experts in the world, covering the top design concepts and a large number of successful design works in the world. Under the leadership of the tutor, the author serves as the project management of the translation project of graphic Design course, links with Guangxi Art Publishing House, distributes, tracks translation tasks, carries on time and quality control, revises and typesetting, and completes some translation tasks of the first draft translation according to the characteristics of the group members. In this process, the author learned the management skills and communication skills of translation projects, and accumulated a lot of translation experience and improved translation skills. According to the author's own practice situation, starting from the post responsibility of the project manager, this report first expounds the preliminary preparation of the project execution, including the feasibility analysis of the project, the formulation of the plan, the related technical and resource support and the contingency plan, etc., followed by the management and project evaluation of the project implementation process. Finally, the author will elaborate on the problems and solutions in the process of the project and the thinking caused by it. At the same time, the author will make a detailed analysis of the specific translation phenomena in the text in combination with Skopos theory.
