【摘要】：隨著我國核電項目建設(shè)大幕的拉開,核電裝備制造業(yè)也迎來了發(fā)展的春天,涉核制造企業(yè)只有制定科學(xué)有效的生產(chǎn)運作戰(zhàn)略,并對生產(chǎn)運作活動進行合理地計劃、組織和控制,才能把握住這次發(fā)展的良機。HE公司承擔(dān)著我國多個在建核電站核主泵電機生產(chǎn)制造任務(wù)。在機遇面前,HE公司現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)運作管理模式還存在諸多問題。本文在歸納總結(jié)生產(chǎn)運作管理相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對HE公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)運作管理流程及管理現(xiàn)狀進行描述和評價,并運用SWOT分析法對HE公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行全面剖析,對HE公司生產(chǎn)運作戰(zhàn)略進行優(yōu)化,為公司生產(chǎn)運作管理指明方向,使其能在日益激烈的市場競爭中占得先機,獲取更大優(yōu)勢。

[Abstract]:With the opening of the construction of nuclear power project in our country, the nuclear power equipment manufacturing industry has also ushered in the spring of development. Only by formulating scientific and effective production and operation strategy, and reasonably planning, organizing and controlling the production and operation activities, can he company undertake the task of producing and manufacturing the nuclear main pump motor of many nuclear power plants under construction in our country. In front of the opportunity, there are still many problems in the existing production operation management mode of HE Company. On the basis of summing up the relevant theories of production operation management, this paper describes and evaluates the organizational structure, production operation management process and management status of HE Company, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of HE Company by using SWOT analysis method, optimizes the production operation strategy of HE Company, and points out the direction for the production operation management of the company, so that it can take the lead in the increasingly fierce market competition. Gain a greater advantage.
