貴陽中石化加油站工程合同管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, Sinopec is speeding up the comprehensive construction of enterprise informatization. Gas station construction, as the key construction project of capital construction department, should take the road of professional development not only in professional technology, but also in the corresponding project management, as well as many other factors, such as controlling safety, quality, capital cost and time limit in an all-round way. Under this background, in view of the fact that the current gas station engineering project contains many engineering projects and high safety measures, it is necessary to develop the contract management system software which is suitable for the application of the actual engineering environment and the development of the enterprise, in view of the high efficiency of development and advanced application performance, and the electronic contract management is the overall inevitable trend. After introducing the research background, project significance and current research and application status of Guiyang Sinopec Gas Station Engineering contract Management system, according to what I have learned in Yunda Software Engineering in the past three years, this paper analyzes and designs it from three parts: business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. In the part of business analysis, first of all, the existing organizational structure of PetroChina is analyzed. The organization structure diagram is given and the corresponding explanation is given. Secondly, the contract business process of traditional gas station engineering management is analyzed and shown in the form of business flow chart. Finally, the traditional contract business process is reorganized, which is displayed in the form of flow chart from four aspects: contract preparation, contract conclusion, contract performance and contract termination. In the part of functional analysis, first of all, the main roles of the system are analyzed. There are four roles in the system: contract manager, contract review approver, contract maintenance agent and project information maintainer. Secondly, the data flow analysis of each module of the system is carried out in the form of data flow graph. Finally, the function structure of the system is introduced in the form of total score, which is divided into four modules: contract preparation, contract conclusion, contract performance and contract termination. In the part of data analysis, the entity relationship model of the system is constructed, and then the database table in the system is introduced accordingly.
