巴音學院科研項目成果量化考核管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, web management systems emerge in endlessly with the development of network office. With the increasing number of scientific research, the traditional manual records of the increasing types of scientific research projects can no longer meet the quantitative statistical work of scientific research results. The quantitative assessment of scientific research project results in Bayin College is still in the stage of manual recording, and the recording mode is still using simple Excel to carry out statistics. The single inconvenient statistics of Excel table greatly reduces the work efficiency. It is very necessary to urgently need a quantitative assessment system for scientific research results. The quantitative assessment management system of scientific research achievements of Bayin University fully analyzes the functional business requirements and combines the actual situation of the college, throughout the experience of other mature systems, using B / S system architecture mode, using Java language to develop, using MVC mode, using a more mature Spring Struts Hibernate framework structure. SQLServer 2014 database is used to design the database. SSH architecture is a mature and reliable framework structure, which effectively reduces the development time of the system and improves the efficiency of system development. The functional requirements of the system are analyzed according to the functional and performance requirements of users and the characteristics of evaluation and management of scientific research results. The business of this system has five business functions: system management, scientific research administration, scientific research declaration management, scientific research achievement management and quantitative statistics. The system management business realizes system management, system security configuration, and security policy, IP address restriction, system operation log, system data maintenance program, Email group sending, user account management, scientific research administration realizes news information release, school funds statistics, Email group distribution, college department organization management, personnel information management, teaching staff personal account registration management, teacher subject ownership; The management of scientific research declaration has realized the declaration of academic papers, the declaration of works and teaching materials, the declaration of vertical projects, the declaration of horizontal projects, the declaration of closing projects, the declaration of awards of scientific research achievements, the declaration of awards of scientific research works, the declaration of appraisal of achievements and the declaration of awards of scientific and technological competitions. The management of scientific research achievements has realized the management of academic papers, the management of works and teaching materials, the management of vertical projects, the management of horizontal projects, the management of closing projects, the management of awards of scientific research achievements, the management of awards of scientific research achievements, the management of awards of scientific and technological competitions, the individual items of college departments, and the summary and statistics of comprehensive scientific research results, and the quantitative statistics have realized the quantitative statistics of high-level talents and individual items. After the online operation of the system, the efficiency of scientific research achievement management is improved, the work flow is simplified, the labor intensity is reduced, and the quantitative assessment management of scientific research project achievements of Bayin University is brought to the era of information processing.
