工程項(xiàng)目的勞務(wù)承包模式研究

【摘要】:由于市場競爭的加劇,建筑工程項(xiàng)目業(yè)主也變得更加專業(yè)化,質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平的要求越來越高,對任何建筑企業(yè)都有增強(qiáng)競爭力、降低成本、提高利潤的需求,專業(yè)化的趨勢不可避免,這種趨勢將使企業(yè)壓縮規(guī)模,專注于提升核心競爭力,將更多使用外包的形式,利用更有效率的資源完成任務(wù)。現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理有著很強(qiáng)的整合能力,對完成有外包參與的任務(wù)有著很強(qiáng)的管理能力。在從大包模式向勞務(wù)清包模式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中,如何選擇工程項(xiàng)目的勞務(wù)承包模式,這是建筑領(lǐng)域總承包企業(yè)所共同面臨的問題。根據(jù)工程項(xiàng)目的具體情況,選擇一種合適的勞務(wù)分包模式,對降低成本、提高效率、增加效益有非常重要的影響。
[Abstract]:Due to the aggravation of market competition, the owners of construction engineering projects have become more specialized, and the requirements of quality and service level are getting higher and higher. The demand for enhancing competitiveness, reducing costs and increasing profits for any construction enterprise is inevitable. This trend will make enterprises reduce their scale, focus on improving their core competitiveness, make more use of outsourcing forms, and make use of more efficient resources to complete the task. Modern project management has a strong integration ability, and has a strong management ability to complete the tasks with outsourcing participation. In the process of changing from large contract mode to labor cleaning mode, how to choose the labor contract mode of engineering project is a common problem faced by the general contracting enterprises in the field of construction. According to the specific situation of the project, the selection of a suitable labor subcontracting mode has a very important impact on reducing costs, improving efficiency and increasing efficiency.
