建筑工程項目監(jiān)督管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展以及人們對美好生活的向往,我國的建筑工程事業(yè)如日中天。但在參與工程管理中作者發(fā)現(xiàn),項目管理的方法與技術(shù),卻跟不上時代的步伐。在文檔管理中,一些企業(yè)仍然采用傳統(tǒng)的手工記錄,每當(dāng)要查看一個文件時,資料員需要從一大堆文件盒中翻找資料。這樣不僅費時費力,而且還要資料員苦于記憶、疲于整理。在工程進(jìn)度中,信息的交互速度非常緩慢,施工員和監(jiān)理員每天都要手寫記錄當(dāng)日的工作情況。如果業(yè)主和相關(guān)單位想得知工程進(jìn)行到哪一步,必須聯(lián)系施工單位或監(jiān)理單位,無法自行查詢。在工程質(zhì)量與工程安全方面,也是如此,信息的滯后與傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)管體系,導(dǎo)致了工程質(zhì)量無法達(dá)到預(yù)期效果以及工程安全沒有保障。在參考了大量有關(guān)資料和結(jié)合工程實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析傳統(tǒng)工程監(jiān)管體系的優(yōu)缺點,以及思量現(xiàn)代化管理技術(shù)對工程項目所帶來的益處,本文將設(shè)計基于Web的建筑工程項目監(jiān)督管理系統(tǒng)(Construction Project Supervision and Management System,簡稱CPSMS)。其主要目的是為了提高工程質(zhì)量、保障工程安全、確保工程進(jìn)度、實現(xiàn)信息同步、減輕人員負(fù)擔(dān),以及減少資源浪費等等。論文主要研究在.Net平臺下開發(fā)的Browser/Server架構(gòu)的建筑項目監(jiān)管系統(tǒng);赪eb的方式,使用戶不需要特定的客戶端,通過傳統(tǒng)的瀏覽器登陸系統(tǒng)即可進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作。通過系統(tǒng)測試以及用戶的反饋情況來看,本文設(shè)計的建筑工程項目監(jiān)督管理系統(tǒng)切實提高了工程項目管理人員的工作效率和管理水平,實現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)作管理,滿足預(yù)期使用要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and people's yearning for a better life, the construction engineering in our country is at the height of the day. However, in participating in project management, the author finds that the methods and techniques of project management can not keep up with the pace of the times. In document management, some enterprises still use traditional manual records, and whenever they want to view a file, the data provider needs to look through a large number of file boxes. This is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also hard to remember and collate. In the progress of the project, the interaction of information is very slow, and the construction worker and supervisor have to write a handwritten record of the work on the day every day. If the owner and the relevant unit want to know where the project is going, they must contact the construction unit or supervision unit and cannot inquire on their own. In the aspect of engineering quality and engineering safety, the lag of information and the traditional supervision system lead to the inability of engineering quality to achieve the desired effect and the lack of guarantee of engineering safety. On the basis of referring to a large number of relevant data and combining with engineering practice experience, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional engineering supervision system and considering the benefits of modern management technology to the engineering project, this paper will design the construction project supervision and management system (Construction Project Supervision and Management System, based on Web for CPSMS). Its main purpose is to improve the quality of the project, ensure the safety of the project, ensure the progress of the project, achieve information synchronization, reduce the burden of personnel, and reduce the waste of resources and so on. This paper mainly studies the construction project supervision system based on Browser/Server based on .net platform. Based on Web, users do not need a specific client, through the traditional browser login system can carry out related operations. Through system test and user feedback, the construction project supervision and management system designed in this paper improves the work efficiency and management level of engineering project managers, realizes remote cooperative management, and meets the expected requirements of use.
