【摘要】：PMC管理模式具有專業(yè)化、系統(tǒng)化和集成化的優(yōu)勢(shì),在石油管道工程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)中具有較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。構(gòu)建PMC管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系需要對(duì)石油管道工程中各個(gè)階段可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有比較明確、直觀的認(rèn)識(shí)。在進(jìn)行體系構(gòu)建時(shí),需要將石油管道工程中可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行直觀、量化的轉(zhuǎn)化,轉(zhuǎn)化后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別因素可通過構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型的方式來進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控。在管控的過程中,首先要遵從完整性原則,其次要遵從系統(tǒng)性、層次性和獨(dú)立性原則。
[Abstract]:PMC management mode has the advantages of specialization, systematization and integration, and has strong application value in the risk evaluation of petroleum pipeline engineering. The construction of the PMC management risk evaluation system requires a clear and intuitive understanding of the risks that may occur at various stages in the petroleum pipeline project. In the construction of the system, it is necessary to make an intuitive and quantitative transformation of the risks that may occur in the petroleum pipeline engineering. The risk identification factor after conversion can be controlled by the way of building the risk evaluation model. In the process of control, the integrity principle should be followed first, followed by the principle of systematicness, hierarchy and independence.
