【摘要】：在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,企業(yè)對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性研究,是企業(yè)內(nèi)部對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)、工藝、財(cái)務(wù)分析的一個(gè)工具,是判斷投資項(xiàng)目是否可行的一個(gè)重要依據(jù)。揚(yáng)州新華增強(qiáng)塑管廠(chǎng)項(xiàng)目可行性研究,是著力針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施中的若干問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法工具和思路,結(jié)合具體工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐進(jìn)行的研究。論文按照邏輯遞進(jìn)的順序重點(diǎn)研究了4個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容。一是分析項(xiàng)目背景。提出建設(shè)揚(yáng)州新華增強(qiáng)塑管廠(chǎng)項(xiàng)目的必要性,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的整體背景、建設(shè)的具體內(nèi)容和整體實(shí)施計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了分析。二是分析項(xiàng)目環(huán)境與市場(chǎng)需求。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)的分析,驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性。三是分析項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)出物和工藝可行性。對(duì)主要產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品工藝、工藝流程、工藝子項(xiàng)的組成和工藝設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行分析,提出工藝設(shè)備配置的原則、內(nèi)容,以及工藝對(duì)土建和共用專(zhuān)業(yè)的主要技術(shù)要求。提出項(xiàng)目的總體規(guī)劃,并對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析和計(jì)劃。四是分析經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。勾勒出項(xiàng)目工程概況和主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),提出項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析。
[Abstract]:Under the market economy system, the feasibility study of the investment project is a tool for the market, process and financial analysis of the investment project within the enterprise, and it is also an important basis for judging the feasibility of the investment project. The feasibility study of Yangzhou Xinhua enhanced plastic Pipe Factory is a research based on the method, tools and ideas of project management in view of some problems in the implementation of the project. According to the order of logical progress, this paper focuses on the contents of four parts. The first is to analyze the background of the project. This paper puts forward the necessity of constructing Yangzhou Xinhua enhanced plastic pipe factory project, and analyzes the overall background, concrete content and overall implementation plan of the project. The second is to analyze the project environment and market demand. Through the analysis of the project environment and market, the market adaptability of the project is verified. The third is to analyze the product and process feasibility of the project. The product process, process flow, process sub-item composition and process design scheme of the main products are analyzed, and the principles and contents of the process equipment configuration, as well as the main technical requirements of the process for civil construction and sharing specialty are put forward. The overall planning of the project is put forward, and the architectural design and structural design are analyzed and planned in detail. The fourth is to analyze the economic feasibility. The general situation and main technical and economic indexes of the project are outlined, the economic benefit analysis of the project is put forward, and the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis are further carried out.
