【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟及農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)為城市化的快速發(fā)展,路燈作為必不可少的安全設(shè)施也高速遍及大大小小的城市或農(nóng)村中。如何既能更好的保證路燈施工工程進度任務(wù)和質(zhì)量達標控制,同時提高企業(yè)在市場中的競爭能力,是任何路燈施工企業(yè)不得不引起重視的切實問題。路燈企業(yè)自身的質(zhì)量管理與企業(yè)技術(shù)的提高和管理上的優(yōu)化息息相關(guān),它作為間接承建單位提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的路燈工程服務(wù),應(yīng)使自身的工程質(zhì)量和技術(shù)隨市場而相應(yīng)改變,從而適應(yīng)更多路燈服務(wù)需求的市場環(huán)境。每個路燈企業(yè)都應(yīng)考慮到在完成施工控制質(zhì)量實現(xiàn)效益最優(yōu)的前提下,使企業(yè)自身獲得良好聲譽樹立品牌的問題。施工管理體制的改革也在不斷的深化發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已跟不上市場競爭日趨激烈的形勢。為高效率地實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)項目工程就必須在施工和流程中進行全過程、全方位的計劃、組織、實施、控制與協(xié)調(diào)的系統(tǒng)管理方法,以實現(xiàn)項目總體質(zhì)量的最佳狀態(tài),控制施工節(jié)奏,健全質(zhì)量保證體系,創(chuàng)造出更優(yōu)質(zhì)的,符合現(xiàn)代生活要求的城市道路照明亮化工程。此文以A路燈企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點,對該企業(yè)路燈工程在實施各種項目工程中的質(zhì)量管理的方法進行較深入分析研究。以目前國內(nèi)外的路燈項目管理體制狀況,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身背景以及施工中可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,如采購、定位、挖填、置保護管、安放地極、基礎(chǔ)筑砌、立燈桿、處理電源線、裝配電箱等工序中的各個問題,分析各種質(zhì)量問題的產(chǎn)生原因,探究優(yōu)化的正確路徑和建議,并提出優(yōu)化改造方案,最后對此方案效果進行檢驗及總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the transformation of the countryside into the urbanization, the street lamp, as an essential safety facility, is also high-speed in large and small cities or rural areas. How to make the road lamp construction progress task and quality standard control can be better ensured, at the same time, the competition ability of the enterprise in the market is improved, and it is a practical problem that any street lamp construction enterprise has to pay attention to. The quality management of the street lamp enterprises is closely related to the improvement of the enterprise technology and the optimization of the management, and it provides a higher quality street lamp engineering service as an indirect construction unit, so that the quality and the technology of the road lamp can be changed according to the market, So as to adapt to the market environment of more street lamp service requirements. Each street lamp enterprise should take into account that the enterprise itself has a good reputation to set up a brand under the premise of achieving the optimal benefit of the construction control quality. The reform of the construction management system is also in the process of deepening the development. The traditional management mode has not kept up with the increasingly fierce market competition. In order to realize the high-quality project project with high efficiency, the whole process, all-round planning, organization, implementation, control and coordination system management method of the project must be carried out in the construction and process, so as to realize the best state of the overall quality of the project, control the construction rhythm and improve the quality assurance system. And the urban road lighting and lightening engineering which is better in quality and meets the requirements of the modern life is created. Based on the current situation of the A-street lamp enterprise, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the method of the quality management of the street lamp project in various project projects. With the present domestic and foreign street lamp project management system status, in combination with the enterprise's own background and the possible quality problems in the construction, such as purchasing, positioning, digging and filling, placing the protection pipe, placing the ground pole, building the foundation, standing the lamp pole, processing the power cord, installing the distribution box, etc., The causes of various quality problems are analyzed, the correct path and suggestion of the optimization are explored, and the optimization and modification scheme is put forward, and the results of this scheme are finally checked and summarized.
