基于APQP的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方法研究

【摘要】:為響應(yīng)國(guó)家環(huán)保要求,在汽車(chē)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用新能源成為發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。隨著特斯拉的成功上市,把鋰電池替代汽油應(yīng)用在汽車(chē)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)上成為了可能。而鋰電池最先是應(yīng)用在電子產(chǎn)品上的,在汽車(chē)上應(yīng)用鋰電池的要求和在用在電子產(chǎn)品上的要求有著很大的區(qū)別。鋰電池屬于高科技產(chǎn)品,存在研發(fā)成本高,生產(chǎn)周期長(zhǎng),質(zhì)量一致性難以保證等問(wèn)題。另外,市場(chǎng)是不斷變化的,如果不能快速推出有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的新產(chǎn)品就可能導(dǎo)致顧客的流失。因此,高效率的研發(fā)流程是每個(gè)鋰電企業(yè)所追求的目標(biāo)。且鋰電企業(yè)也將加入到汽車(chē)行業(yè)中,對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理提出更高的要求:首先必須符合TS16949質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,并要在新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)流程中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法。本文研究了如何符合TSl6949質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求,同時(shí)應(yīng)用APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP這五大質(zhì)量工具來(lái)建立新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程。整個(gè)研究建立在JV公司的鋰離子電池產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上,文章首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了TS16949和APQP,明確建立新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程的必要性;然后選取公司一款應(yīng)用與汽車(chē)上的鋰離子電池產(chǎn)品為例,詳細(xì)陳述了在此型號(hào)電池上APQP流程的應(yīng)用。最后得出結(jié)論,企業(yè)可以按照APQP流程來(lái)建立和開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)此流程的應(yīng)用,縮短了新型號(hào)電池的開(kāi)發(fā)周期,由之前的半年縮短到了5個(gè)月,同時(shí)新品的直通率由78%提高到了86%。其中,五大質(zhì)量工具是核心,通過(guò)在JV公司的應(yīng)用為企業(yè)帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也值得其他同行業(yè)的公司參考。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of national environmental protection, the application of new energy in automobile power system has become a development trend. With the successful listing of Tesla, it is possible to use lithium battery instead of gasoline in automobile power system. Lithium battery was first used in electronic products. There is a great difference between the requirements of using lithium battery in automobile and the requirement of using lithium battery in electronic products. Lithium battery belongs to high-tech products, which has many problems, such as high research and development cost, long production cycle, difficult to guarantee quality consistency and so on. In addition, the market is constantly changing, if we can not quickly launch competitive new products can lead to customer loss. Therefore, the efficient R & D process is the goal pursued by every lithium power enterprise. Lithium electric enterprises will also join the automobile industry, put forward higher requirements for the production management of enterprises: first of all, we must meet the requirements of TS16949 quality management technical specifications, and apply the method of project management in the development process of new products. In this paper, how to meet the requirements of TSl6949 quality management technical specification is studied, and the five quality tools of APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP are used to establish the new product development process. The whole research is based on the lithium-ion battery products of JV Company. firstly, this paper briefly introduces the necessity of establishing the new product development process clearly by TS16949 and APQP,. Then a company application and automotive lithium-ion battery products are selected as an example, and the application of APQP process on this type of battery is described in detail. Finally, it is concluded that enterprises can establish and develop new products according to APQP process. Through the application of this process, the development cycle of the new battery is shortened, from the previous half a year to five months, and the pass-through rate of the new product is increased from 78% to 86%. Among them, the five quality tools are the core, through the application in JV company to bring huge economic benefits to enterprises, but also worthy of reference by other companies in the same industry.
