【摘要】：正 根據(jù)2001年國(guó)家計(jì)委中心工作要求和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理情況,今年稽察工作要以《國(guó)家重大建設(shè)項(xiàng)目稽察辦法》為依據(jù),以國(guó)債項(xiàng)目為重點(diǎn),以招投標(biāo)稽察為主攻方向,堅(jiān)持專(zhuān)項(xiàng)稽察與經(jīng)常性稽察相結(jié)合,保持項(xiàng)目稽察工作力度,著眼于提高項(xiàng)目管理水平,維護(hù)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)正常秩序,保證建設(shè)資金安全和確保工程質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)國(guó)債項(xiàng)目按期建成投產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the requirements of the central work of the State Development Planning Commission in 2001 and the situation of project construction management, this year's inspection work should be based on the measures for the Inspection of National Major Construction projects, with the national debt project as the focus, and the bidding inspection as the main direction of attack. Adhere to the combination of special inspection and regular inspection, maintain the intensity of project inspection, with a view to improving the level of project management, maintaining the normal order of project construction, ensuring the safety of construction funds and ensuring the quality of the project, We will promote the completion and commissioning of national debt projects on schedule.
