【摘要】：正 根據(jù)2001年國家計委中心工作要求和項目建設管理情況,今年稽察工作要以《國家重大建設項目稽察辦法》為依據(jù),以國債項目為重點,以招投標稽察為主攻方向,堅持專項稽察與經(jīng)常性稽察相結合,保持項目稽察工作力度,著眼于提高項目管理水平,維護項目建設正常秩序,保證建設資金安全和確保工程質(zhì)量,推動國債項目按期建成投產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the requirements of the central work of the State Development Planning Commission in 2001 and the situation of project construction management, this year's inspection work should be based on the measures for the Inspection of National Major Construction projects, with the national debt project as the focus, and the bidding inspection as the main direction of attack.
