【摘要】:隨著全球一體化和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)越來(lái)越多的融入到全球的采購(gòu)和市場(chǎng)體系當(dāng)中。中國(guó)企業(yè),特別是國(guó)有大型企業(yè)擁有了更多的機(jī)會(huì)同歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)行技術(shù)合作和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而在機(jī)車制造行業(yè),我國(guó)正不斷的加強(qiáng)技術(shù)引進(jìn)與創(chuàng)新,逐步縮小了技術(shù)上的差距。要想真正趕上并超越歐美制造業(yè)整體水平,只有提高管理水平,創(chuàng)新管理理念,強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目管理與溝通管理,才能在激烈的全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟。但是,由于技術(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、語(yǔ)言、習(xí)慣、理念等多方面的障礙,在進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目合作和管理過(guò)程當(dāng)中,難免會(huì)產(chǎn)生諸多的誤解和沖突。這時(shí)候,如何進(jìn)行良好的溝通管理就成了一個(gè)全新的難題擺在了許多中國(guó)企業(yè)面前。溝通管理是創(chuàng)造和提升企業(yè)精神和企業(yè)文化,完成企業(yè)管理根本目標(biāo)的主要方式和工具。從某種意義上講,溝通是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心、實(shí)質(zhì)和靈魂。本文通過(guò)我公司首次出口歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家澳大利亞的SAD2機(jī)車項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備階段的項(xiàng)目溝通管理的案例,剖析公司在企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理,特別是項(xiàng)目溝通管理上的現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)的溝通文化現(xiàn)狀,比較項(xiàng)目參與方的項(xiàng)目管理理念和方法,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目溝通管理理論與項(xiàng)目管理工具與方法,探討在大型裝配制造行業(yè)面臨的項(xiàng)目溝通管理諸多問(wèn)題,給出自己的建議和對(duì)策。因此,企業(yè)在引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理的過(guò)程當(dāng)中,應(yīng)該在項(xiàng)目組織架構(gòu),人事管理和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中充分授權(quán)給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,使項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員能發(fā)揮各自作用,通過(guò)有效的溝通管理,建立以效益驅(qū)動(dòng)為動(dòng)力,滿足客戶要求為目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理模式,充分發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目中配置的各種資源的作用,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高工作效率。希望本論文能夠?qū)τ谀壳巴瑲W美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)行技術(shù)合作或出口產(chǎn)品至歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理方面具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of global integration and science and technology, China is more and more integrated into the global procurement and market system. Chinese enterprises, especially large state-owned enterprises, have more opportunities to carry out technical cooperation and market competition with developed countries in Europe and the United States. In the locomotive manufacturing industry, China is constantly strengthening the introduction and innovation of technology, gradually narrowing the gap in technology. In order to really catch up with and surpass the overall level of manufacturing industry in Europe and the United States, only by improving the management level, innovating the management concept and strengthening the project management and communication management, can we gain a foothold in the fierce global competition. However, due to technical, standard, language, habits, ideas and other obstacles, in the process of project cooperation and management, there will inevitably be a lot of misunderstandings and conflicts. At this time, how to carry out good communication management has become a new problem in front of many Chinese enterprises. Communication management is the main way and tool to create and promote enterprise spirit and corporate culture, and to complete the fundamental goal of enterprise management. In a sense, communication is the core, essence and soul of modern enterprise management. Through the case of project communication management in the technical preparation stage of SAD2 locomotive project exported to developed countries in Europe and the United States for the first time, this paper analyzes the project management of the company in the enterprise. In particular, the present situation of project communication management and the present situation of enterprise communication culture are compared, and the project management ideas and methods of project participants are compared, combined with project communication management theory and project management tools and methods. This paper probes into many problems of project communication management in large assembly manufacturing industry, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. Therefore, in the process of introducing project management, enterprises should fully delegate to the project manager in the process of project organizational structure, personnel management and project implementation, so that project team members can play their respective roles through effective communication management. Establish a modern project management model driven by benefit and meet the requirements of customers, give full play to the role of various resources allocated in the project, reduce production costs and improve work efficiency. It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference in the project management of enterprises with developed countries in Europe and the United States for technical cooperation or export products to developed countries in Europe and the United States.
