【摘要】：在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸走向一體化和信息技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步的推動(dòng)下,人們?cè)絹碓秸J(rèn)識(shí)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提速、國(guó)際貿(mào)易深化以及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)范化的重要作用。很多國(guó)家甚至將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化上升至戰(zhàn)略層面,以推動(dòng)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新水平并提升國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。越來越多國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織和學(xué)者將研究的重點(diǎn)放在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化經(jīng)濟(jì)效益大小的方面,但卻忽視了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益產(chǎn)生作用的具體過程和機(jī)理,使這方面的研究非常少見。工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要組成部分,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要的影響,在不考慮國(guó)家、行業(yè)、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策等方面影響的條件下,本文從項(xiàng)目管理的角度分析工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響。本文站在項(xiàng)目的層面,以項(xiàng)目管理為媒介,研究了工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的影響,以及項(xiàng)目管理對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響,從而分析了工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益影響的機(jī)理:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)知與制修訂、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督檢查、反饋處置構(gòu)成了工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng),該活動(dòng)通過作用于項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本、安全、信息、合同、品牌和組織協(xié)調(diào)等八方面因素,影響項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。由機(jī)理分析的內(nèi)容構(gòu)建了工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益影響評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,依據(jù)指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)北京地區(qū)的工程從業(yè)人員展開調(diào)查,將問卷搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)信息放入SPSS軟件中,展開數(shù)據(jù)分析,深入挖掘指標(biāo)之間的內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián),定量地研究工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響,明確了工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng)各階段內(nèi)容對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益影響的大小,從而為工程從業(yè)人員把握標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng)中的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容提供指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。
[Abstract]:Driven by the gradual integration of the world economy and the continuous progress of information technology, people more and more realize the important role of standardization in the acceleration of industrial development, the deepening of international trade and the standardization of market economy. Many countries have even raised standardization to a strategic level to promote national innovation and enhance international competitiveness. More and more international standardization organizations and scholars focus on the economic benefits of standardization, but ignore the specific process and mechanism of standardization on economic benefits, which makes the research in this field very rare. Standardization of engineering construction is an important part of standardization, which has an important impact on the economic benefits of the project, without considering the influence of national, industry, regional economic policies and so on. This paper analyzes the influence of engineering construction standardization on project economic benefit from the point of view of project management. From the level of the project, taking the project management as the medium, this paper studies the influence of the standardization of the project construction on the project management and the influence of the project management on the economic benefit of the project. Thus, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of engineering construction standardization on the economic benefit of the project: the cognition and system revision, execution, supervision and inspection, feedback disposal of the standard constitute the engineering construction standardization activity, which acts on the progress and quality of the project. Cost, security, information, contract, brand and organizational coordination affect the economic benefits of the project. Based on the content of mechanism analysis, the index system of the impact evaluation of engineering construction standardization on the economic benefit of the project is constructed, and the questionnaire is designed according to the content of the index system, and the engineering practitioners in Beijing area are investigated. The data information collected by the questionnaire is put into SPSS software, the data analysis is carried out, the internal correlation between the indexes is deeply excavated, and the influence of engineering construction standardization on the economic benefit of the project is studied quantitatively. This paper clarifies the influence of the contents of each stage of the standardization activities on the economic benefits of the project, so as to provide guidance for the engineering practitioners to grasp the key contents of the standardization activities and promote the improvement of the economic benefits of the project.
