威海供電公司紀檢監(jiān)察業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In the past, most of the discipline inspection and supervision work was conducted through visits and investigations by superiors to subordinates, as well as by the upper departments to investigate and audit the business of the lower levels, but most of this form was done by manual and handwritten means. In this era of rapid development of information technology, this kind of manual discipline inspection and supervision has obviously lagged far behind the trend of the times. In the long run, it will certainly not keep up with the progress of the business, resulting in low efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision. Therefore, Weihai Power supply Company conforms to the trend of the times, seize the opportunity of the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, and reform the discipline inspection and supervision work by using new computer technology. The discipline inspection and supervision business system of Weihai Power supply Company adopts B / S mode and chooses Java language for development. Java language is a kind of advanced programming language, which has the characteristics of object-oriented development and is very beneficial to the development of B / S architecture system. Moreover, the system uses SSH framework technology to develop the system, and the MVC design pattern is used in the system design. The system is mainly divided into discipline inspection and supervision control layer, discipline inspection and supervision service layer, discipline inspection and supervision entity layer. The execution content of discipline inspection and monitoring control layer is the interaction between system and user and the display of the interface of the whole system, and the control layer adopts Struts framework technology as a whole. Store all user operations and their mapping data with the system to Bean, and pass Bean to discipline inspection service layer. The discipline inspection and monitoring service layer, the Spring framework used, and the Bean, transmitted by the receiving control layer connect the operation of the control with its relative function respectively, so as to realize the interaction of the interface business function logic. In addition to the control layer and the service layer, it is followed by writing the Hibernate Mapping file and the entity layer content of the persistent entity class, as long as the entity layer is responsible for mapping all the tables involved in the business. Then the contents of the corresponding database are returned to the user, and the database design of the system uses ORACLE 10g. The discipline inspection and supervision business system of Weihai Power supply Company is responsible for the realization of party style and clean government, cooperative supervision, efficiency supervision and management, rectifying style management, anti-corruption network management and organization management. Among them, the party style and clean government to realize the responsibility letter and the assessment method, the responsibility system implementation report and the party style construction work situation. The functions of collaborative supervision and management include supervision committee, situation report, joint meeting, rectification opinion, rectification report and statistics. Efficiency monitoring and management functions include project management, project control, project review and project statistics. The functions of rectifying the style management include the style work plan, the trade style supervisor, the trade style work organization situation, the bright inspection and secret visit plan, the democratic evaluation trade style, the trade style complaint report, the work statistics, the historical data. Anti-corruption network management main functions are clean government website, website maintenance. The functions of organization and management are file maintenance, basic information of leading cadres, as well as file filling, maintenance, consultation management, input, modification, deletion, browsing and archiving. If the discipline inspection and supervision business system of Weihai Power supply Company can be put into use, it can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the internal clean government management of the power supply company. At the same time, this system includes almost all the business of the discipline inspection and supervision work of the power supply company. Moreover, this system has carried on the effective communication between the upper and lower levels, greatly promoted the communication between the upper and lower levels, and effectively increased the management of the subordinates and the supervision of the subordinates to the superiors.
