【摘要】：我國正在形成全國性的高速鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò),滬昆客專經(jīng)過了六個(gè)省會城市,是連通東、中和西部的重要高速大動脈,。滬昆客專12標(biāo)段主要位于貴州省盤縣境內(nèi),該工段地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜,對其施工過程進(jìn)行管理研究是開展該施工的必要前提。施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是指導(dǎo)和組織施工的重要技術(shù)文件,也是開展監(jiān)督檢查、指揮生產(chǎn)建設(shè)的綱領(lǐng),也對質(zhì)量保證,工期保證具有重要意義。本文首先回顧了鐵路施工項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論,從而為本文所開展的滬昆客專12標(biāo)段施工管理提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上對滬昆客專12標(biāo)段的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行論述,根據(jù)滬昆客專12標(biāo)段的實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)了該工程的特點(diǎn)確定了施工組織結(jié)構(gòu),并對隊(duì)伍部署和任務(wù)劃分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)探討。接著對滬昆12標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵管理內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析并制定具體管理措施,確保項(xiàng)目的順利開展并達(dá)到既定目標(biāo)。并對該攻寵的過程管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。最后,經(jīng)過詳細(xì)分析制定了滬昆客專12標(biāo)段施工管理的具體措施。針對質(zhì)量管理、安全管理、工期控制管理及夏季雨季施工管理都制定了相應(yīng)措施,進(jìn)而確保項(xiàng)目的順利開展。并制定了相關(guān)的預(yù)警機(jī)制。本文的研究為滬昆客專12標(biāo)段施工提供了具體的指導(dǎo)措施,同時(shí)為該地區(qū)及同樣地質(zhì)條件下客運(yùn)鐵路施工提供了相關(guān)的借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:China is forming a national high-speed railway network, Shanghai-Kunming passenger College has passed through six provincial capitals, it is an important high-speed artery connecting the east, the middle and the west. The No. 12 section of Shanghai-Kunming passenger College is mainly located in Panxian County, Guizhou Province. The geological situation of this section is complex, so it is necessary to carry out the research on the management of the construction process. Construction organization design is an important technical document for guiding and organizing construction. It is also a program for carrying out supervision and inspection and directing production construction. It is also of great significance for quality assurance and time limit assurance. In this paper, the theory of railway construction project management is reviewed firstly, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction management of the 12-tendered section of Hukun passenger College developed in this paper. On this basis, this paper discusses the actual situation of the 12 bid section of Hukun passenger College, designs the characteristics of the project and determines the construction organization structure according to the actual situation of the 12 bid section of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger College, and discusses in detail the deployment of the team and the division of the tasks. Then the key management content of Shanghai-Kunming 12 section project is analyzed and specific management measures are formulated to ensure the smooth development of the project and to achieve the established goal. And the process management of the spoiled is analyzed in detail. Finally, the detailed analysis and formulation of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger College 12 construction management measures. According to the quality management, safety management, time limit control management and summer rainy season construction management, the corresponding measures are formulated to ensure the smooth development of the project. And set up the relevant early warning mechanism. The research in this paper provides specific guidance measures for the construction of the 12th section of Shanghai-Kunming passenger College, and also provides relevant reference experience for the construction of passenger railway in this area and under the same geological conditions.
