【摘要】：隨著對外水泥廠建設(shè)項目的日益增多,水泥廠建設(shè)項目的管理也越來越受到項目承包商的重視。本文以中東某國的水泥廠項目為背景,分析和探討了項目總承包商在設(shè)計管理過程中的常見問題。設(shè)計階段是國際EPC(設(shè)計、采購、施工)總承包項目實施的一個重要階段,對外水泥廠建設(shè)項目中的設(shè)計管理在整個項目管理過程中占有重要地位,設(shè)計管理的效果決定了整個項目的成敗。本文通過對實際案例設(shè)計管理過程中主要問題的分析為同類項目的國際工程總承包管理提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of cement plant construction projects, the management of cement plant construction projects has been paid more and more attention by project contractors. Based on the project of a cement plant in the Middle East, this paper analyzes and discusses the common problems in the process of design and management of the general contractor of the project. The design stage is an important stage in the implementation of the international EPC (Design, Procurement, Construction) general contracting project. The design management in the construction project of the external cement plant occupies an important position in the whole project management process. The effect of design management determines the success or failure of the whole project. Through the analysis of the main problems in the process of case design management, this paper provides reference and reference for the international project general contracting management of the same kind of projects.
