【摘要】：上世紀五六十年代到本世紀初,是管理科學蓬勃發(fā)展的時代。我國建設管理理論也需要不斷融入新的理念。文中簡要回顧了國內(nèi)外管理理論發(fā)展,在強調(diào)將現(xiàn)代管理理論應用于我國建設管理實踐的基礎上,探討了困擾我國建筑市場的過度投標競爭問題、建設監(jiān)理在項目管理中的定位問題和建筑工人的定位問題。
[Abstract]:The fifties and sixties of last century to the beginning of this century, is the era of vigorous development of management science. China's construction management theory also needs to be constantly integrated into the new concept. This paper briefly reviews the development of management theory at home and abroad. On the basis of emphasizing the application of modern management theory to the practice of construction management in China, this paper probes into the excessive bidding competition which puzzles the construction market of our country. The orientation of construction supervision in project management and the positioning of construction workers.
