【摘要】：企業(yè)庫存給企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營帶來很多難以選擇的困難,將庫存控制在一個較為合理、適當(dāng)?shù)乃?是保證企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容�，F(xiàn)代企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)從重視庫存材料分類管理,建立起健全的庫存管理體系,實施項目管理,促進企業(yè)庫存管理的科學(xué)化,堅持計劃管理,提升庫存管理效益,加強科學(xué)分析與預(yù)測,降低庫存風(fēng)險等策略選擇出發(fā),對企業(yè)的庫存進行有效管理。
[Abstract]:The enterprise inventory brings many difficulties to the production and management of the enterprise, and the inventory control is a more reasonable and appropriate level, which is an important part of the enterprise's development. Modern enterprises should pay more attention to the management of inventory materials, establish a sound inventory management system, implement project management, promote the scientific management of the enterprise's inventory, adhere to the plan management, improve the efficiency of inventory management, and strengthen the scientific analysis and prediction. In order to reduce the inventory risk and other strategies, the stock of the enterprise should be effectively managed.
