【摘要】：在當(dāng)今社會,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)空前的發(fā)展,給人們的工作和生活帶來了極大的便利和高效,信息化、電子化已經(jīng)成為節(jié)約運營成本,提高工作效率的首選。考慮到當(dāng)前大量執(zhí)法工作的管理尚處于手工作業(yè)階段,不但效率低下,還常常因為管理的不慎而出現(xiàn)紕漏。因此根據(jù)大理州環(huán)保局提供的需求,設(shè)計此環(huán)保執(zhí)法系統(tǒng),以幫助環(huán)保局達(dá)到執(zhí)法管理辦公自動化、節(jié)約管理成本、提高環(huán)保部門工作效率的目的。本環(huán)保執(zhí)法系統(tǒng)主要對大理州環(huán)保局執(zhí)法部門任務(wù)執(zhí)行以及任務(wù)備案、上傳流程進(jìn)行集中的管理,方便環(huán)保部門建立一個符合需求的執(zhí)法信息數(shù)據(jù)庫。本文的環(huán)保執(zhí)法系統(tǒng),以現(xiàn)代化手段實現(xiàn)對執(zhí)法過程的下達(dá)與管理。使用者可根據(jù)自己不同身份登錄該系統(tǒng)。管理者登錄系統(tǒng)可完成員工的管理、執(zhí)法任務(wù)的下達(dá)、執(zhí)法任務(wù)的監(jiān)督；執(zhí)法人員登錄系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)任務(wù)的查詢、完成情況的匯報、檔案的查詢、執(zhí)法過程的回傳。本系統(tǒng)為項目管理部門提供實時任務(wù)進(jìn)度信息與任務(wù)派遣模塊,減輕工作人員的簡單重復(fù)勞動的工作量。本文以VS2010 (Microsoft Visual Studio 2010)和SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫作為開發(fā)平臺。使用C#設(shè)計操作控件和編寫操作程序,完成數(shù)據(jù)輸入、修改、存儲、調(diào)用查詢等功能：并使用SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫形成數(shù)據(jù)表,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)存儲。實現(xiàn)了地圖庫定位、案件上報、處理案件功能,經(jīng)過測試滿足了功能需求。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the unprecedented development of the Internet has brought great convenience and high efficiency to people's work and life. Informatization and electronization have become the first choice to save the operation cost and improve the work efficiency. In view of the fact that the management of a large number of law enforcement work is still in the stage of manual operation, it is not only inefficient, but also often flawed because of careless management. Therefore, according to the demand provided by Dali State Environmental Protection Bureau, this environmental protection enforcement system is designed to help the environmental protection bureau achieve the goal of office automation, saving management costs and improving the efficiency of environmental protection departments. This environmental protection law enforcement system mainly carries on the centralized management to the Dali prefectural environmental protection bureau law enforcement department's task execution and the task record, uploads the process, convenient for the environmental protection department to establish a law enforcement information database which accords with the demand. In this paper, the environmental law enforcement system, by means of modern means to implement the law enforcement process of the issue and management. Users can log in to the system according to their own identity. The manager login system can complete the staff management, the delivery of the law enforcement task, the supervision of the law enforcement task; the law enforcement personnel login system realizes the inquiry of the task, completes the report of the situation, the inquiry of the file, the return of the law enforcement process. This system provides real-time task schedule information and task dispatch module for project management department, and reduces the workload of simple and repetitive work of staff. In this paper, VS2010 (Microsoft Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server2008 database are used as the development platform. Use C # to design operation control and write operation program, complete data input, modify, store, call query and so on function: and use SQL Server 2008 database to form data table, carry on data storage. Realize the map database positioning, case reporting, case handling function, after testing to meet the functional requirements.
