【摘要】：提出了我國核電站建造量化項(xiàng)目管理的概念，并著重介紹了量化項(xiàng)目管理的量化方法及實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。在此基礎(chǔ)上，又給出了核電站建造量化項(xiàng)目管理的簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)例。最后，展望了我國核電建設(shè)中量化管理方法的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The concept of quantitative project management for nuclear power plant construction in China is put forward, and the quantization method and realization process of quantitative project management are emphatically introduced. On this basis, a simple example of quantitative project management for nuclear power plant construction is given. Finally, the application prospect of quantitative management method in nuclear power construction in China is prospected.
