【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,越來越多的外來人口涌向大中城市,為了充分利用有限的土地資源,近年來高層建筑在大中城市如雨后春筍般地建造起來。圓夢花園高層建筑項(xiàng)目正是基于這樣的背景開始立項(xiàng)建設(shè)的。論文以圓夢花園高層建筑項(xiàng)目作為研究對象,借鑒國內(nèi)外在建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理方面的研究成果,結(jié)合圓夢花園高層建筑項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析探討,提出符合實(shí)際且具有指導(dǎo)意義的項(xiàng)目策劃方案和具體的施工過程管理辦法,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的策劃與施工過程管理的目標(biāo)。為了保證圓夢花園高層建筑項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃如期完成,做好項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及施工過程管理工作顯得特別重要,為此需要科學(xué)制定項(xiàng)目工作目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目組織架構(gòu),編制項(xiàng)目施工計(jì)劃,實(shí)施項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃控制,搞好項(xiàng)目前期開發(fā)工作,制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)及質(zhì)量保障措施。同時(shí)更要強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目施工過程管理,具體來說要做好項(xiàng)目技術(shù)管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理、項(xiàng)目安全管理等工作。論文運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理理論,通過對項(xiàng)目的走訪、調(diào)研,搜集相關(guān)資料,對項(xiàng)目工作目標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目組織架構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目施工安排、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃控制、項(xiàng)目前期開發(fā)、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃,在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒成功的工程項(xiàng)目施工過程管理的理論與經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出具體的管理辦法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過歸納概括提出結(jié)論與建議,以期為提升項(xiàng)目管理水平,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目施工過程管理,保證項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃目標(biāo)的如期實(shí)現(xiàn)獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, more and more people from outside China are pouring into large and medium-sized cities. In order to make full use of the limited land resources, high-rise buildings have been springing up in large and medium-sized cities in recent years. Yuanmeng Garden high-rise building project is based on this background to start the project construction. This paper takes the high-rise building project of Yuanmeng Garden as the research object, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research achievements in the construction project management, and analyzes and discusses the high-rise building project of Yuanmeng Garden. In order to realize the goal of project planning and construction process management, a practical and instructive project planning scheme and concrete construction process management method are put forward in order to achieve the goal of project planning and construction process management. In order to ensure that the high-rise building project of Yuanmeng Garden is completed according to schedule, it is very important to do well the project planning and construction process management. For this reason, it is necessary to formulate the project work goal scientifically, design the project organization structure, and draw up the project construction plan. Implement project planning control, do well in pre-project development, formulate project quality objectives and quality assurance measures. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the project construction process management, specifically to do a good job in project technology management, project schedule management, project quality management, project safety management and so on. The thesis uses advanced project management theory, through the visit to the project, the investigation, the collection of relevant information, the project work goal, the project organization structure, the project construction arrangement, the project plan control, the project pre-development, The overall plan of project quality assurance is carried out. On this basis, based on the theory and experience of successful construction process management of engineering projects, specific management methods are put forward. On this basis, conclusions and suggestions are put forward by generalizing and summarizing the theory and experience of construction process management of engineering projects. In order to improve the level of project management, further strengthen the project construction process management, to ensure that the overall planning objectives of the project to achieve the timely implementation of suggestions and suggestions.
