【摘要】：招商引資工作管理系統(tǒng)旨在幫助工作人員管理招商引資的部門、政府部門、用戶、項(xiàng)目等信息。工作人員通過使用系統(tǒng)可以完成對信息的錄入、查詢、修改、刪除。通過使用本系統(tǒng)用戶可以快捷、方便的掌握了解招商引資工作的信息和流程,系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析導(dǎo)出報(bào)表功能為用戶提供了準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)分析表,有效的提高了使用人員的工作效率。本課題主要的研究內(nèi)容如下:1.本系統(tǒng)有效地將招商引資的功能和流程集成在一起,形成一個(gè)復(fù)雜的招商引資工作流程管理系統(tǒng)。具體功能包括:用戶管理、項(xiàng)目管理、政府部門管理、角色管理、權(quán)限管理、數(shù)據(jù)管理等。2.論文中對系統(tǒng)的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。在整個(gè)開發(fā)過程中,應(yīng)用了多種面向?qū)ο蟮募夹g(shù)。例如:在設(shè)計(jì)中,應(yīng)用了面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)理論,利用時(shí)序圖展現(xiàn)不同的對象之間的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)和在系統(tǒng)中的先后順序關(guān)系。3.通過系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了政府部門的招行引資管理的流程優(yōu)化,從對招商引資項(xiàng)目的審批、實(shí)施和驗(yàn)收進(jìn)行了描述和優(yōu)化。4.該系統(tǒng)在政府招商引資部門的運(yùn)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了政府招商引資部門和其他相關(guān)部門的信息整合。這樣就能實(shí)現(xiàn)政府部門的信息共享和管理的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the management system is to help staff manage the information of the department, government, user, project and so on. Staff can use the system to complete information entry, query, modification, deletion. By using this system, users can quickly and conveniently grasp the information and process of attracting foreign investment, and the data analysis and export report function of the system provides the users with accurate data analysis tables. It effectively improves the working efficiency of the users. The main contents of this study are as follows: 1. This system effectively integrates the functions and processes of attracting investment to form a complex workflow management system. Specific functions include: user management, project management, government department management, role management, rights management, data management, etc. In this paper, the requirements analysis, design and implementation of the system are analyzed in detail. In the whole development process, a variety of object-oriented technology has been applied. For example: in the design, the object-oriented design theory is applied, and the time sequence diagram is used to show the dynamic relation between different objects and the order relation in the system. 3. Through the development of the system, this paper realizes the optimization of the management process of attracting investment from the government, describes and optimizes the examination and approval, implementation and acceptance of the project of attracting investment from the point of view of the approval, implementation and acceptance of the project. 4. The application of this system in the government attracting investment department realizes the information integration of the government investment attracting department and other related departments. In this way, the information sharing and management of government departments can be unified.
