[Abstract]:At present, China is in an important stage of modernization, the development of urbanization needs to consume a large number of building materials resources. The contradiction with the development of high-energy building materials industry is the lack of total resources and the deterioration of the environment. Under the guidance of the national green building and energy-saving construction project, ZJN Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. cooperated with the government to carry out the comprehensive utilization project of stone powder in na city, using pollutant stone powder as raw material to make new building material products in order to promote the economy of the region. Sustainable development of the environment. Through the study of the second phase of the project, due to the accumulation of certain construction management experience and the influence of the market factors, the target period of the second phase of the project is three to four weeks shorter than that of the first phase of the project. Under this background, it is necessary to coordinate the schedule management and control and utilize all kinds of resources to achieve the goal of the project schedule in order to ensure the economic benefit and commercial reputation of the enterprise. Taking a stone powder comprehensive utilization project as an example, this paper expounds the practical application of the theory and method of project schedule planning and control in this project. This paper is divided into five parts: firstly, the paper discusses the related theories, methods and techniques of project schedule management; Secondly, the general situation of a stone powder comprehensive utilization project is introduced. According to the actual situation of the project, the reason why the project progress is delayed for a time is analyzed, and the influence of the project schedule delay on the project operation performance and financial evaluation is fully evaluated. And summarize the key links of project schedule management; Thirdly, this paper discusses in detail how to use the theory of project schedule management to make progress plan, decompose the work structure of the project, determine the relationship of work sequence, and estimate the duration of work. Finally draw up the schedule and draw up the network diagram and find out the key path; Then the S-curve method and earned value analysis method are used to check and analyze the progress control, and the improvement measures are put forward through the existing problems of the project schedule management. Finally, the guarantee measures of project schedule management are discussed, so that the scientific and effective control of project schedule management can be realized. Project schedule planning and control is an important link of project management, and it is of great significance to evaluate the effect of project management. The research in this paper can provide reference for the schedule management of similar projects.
