【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處于建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化的重要階段,城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展建設(shè)需要消耗大量建材資源。而與高耗能的建材行業(yè)發(fā)展所矛盾的是資源總量匱乏與環(huán)境日益惡化。在國家以綠色建筑、節(jié)能型建筑工程為導(dǎo)向的指引下,ZJN環(huán)保集團(tuán)公司在NA市與政府合作開展石粉綜合利用項(xiàng)目,以污染物石粉為原料制成新型建材產(chǎn)品以帶動該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展。通過以該項(xiàng)目二期工程為對象的研究,由于一期工程積累了一定建設(shè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)再加上市場因素的影響,二期工程目標(biāo)工期比一期項(xiàng)目縮短三到四周時(shí)間。在此背景下為保證企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和商業(yè)信譽(yù),有必要在項(xiàng)目施工階段進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理和控制協(xié)調(diào)和利用各種資源實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度目標(biāo)。通過以某石粉綜合利用項(xiàng)目為例,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的理論和方法在該項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分:論文首先論述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)理論方法和技術(shù);其次介紹了某石粉綜合利用項(xiàng)目概況,針對項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度一度滯后的原因,充分估量項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度延遲對項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營業(yè)績與財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)的影響,并總結(jié)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié);再次詳細(xì)論述了該項(xiàng)目如何運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論制定進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解、確定工作順序關(guān)系、估算工作持續(xù)時(shí)間,最終編制出進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表繪制網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖及找出關(guān)鍵路徑;然后本文采用S曲線法和掙值分析法對進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行檢查和分析,通過對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理存在問題提出改進(jìn)措施;最后論述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的保障措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理科學(xué)有效的控制。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制是項(xiàng)目管理的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),對項(xiàng)目管理效果評價(jià)有重要的意義,通過本文的研究可為同類工程的進(jìn)度管理提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in an important stage of modernization, the development of urbanization needs to consume a large number of building materials resources. The contradiction with the development of high-energy building materials industry is the lack of total resources and the deterioration of the environment. Under the guidance of the national green building and energy-saving construction project, ZJN Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. cooperated with the government to carry out the comprehensive utilization project of stone powder in na city, using pollutant stone powder as raw material to make new building material products in order to promote the economy of the region. Sustainable development of the environment. Through the study of the second phase of the project, due to the accumulation of certain construction management experience and the influence of the market factors, the target period of the second phase of the project is three to four weeks shorter than that of the first phase of the project. Under this background, it is necessary to coordinate the schedule management and control and utilize all kinds of resources to achieve the goal of the project schedule in order to ensure the economic benefit and commercial reputation of the enterprise. Taking a stone powder comprehensive utilization project as an example, this paper expounds the practical application of the theory and method of project schedule planning and control in this project. This paper is divided into five parts: firstly, the paper discusses the related theories, methods and techniques of project schedule management; Secondly, the general situation of a stone powder comprehensive utilization project is introduced. According to the actual situation of the project, the reason why the project progress is delayed for a time is analyzed, and the influence of the project schedule delay on the project operation performance and financial evaluation is fully evaluated. And summarize the key links of project schedule management; Thirdly, this paper discusses in detail how to use the theory of project schedule management to make progress plan, decompose the work structure of the project, determine the relationship of work sequence, and estimate the duration of work. Finally draw up the schedule and draw up the network diagram and find out the key path; Then the S-curve method and earned value analysis method are used to check and analyze the progress control, and the improvement measures are put forward through the existing problems of the project schedule management. Finally, the guarantee measures of project schedule management are discussed, so that the scientific and effective control of project schedule management can be realized. Project schedule planning and control is an important link of project management, and it is of great significance to evaluate the effect of project management. The research in this paper can provide reference for the schedule management of similar projects.
