倉儲貨物物流管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:企業(yè)一直不斷向前發(fā)展,企業(yè)的規(guī)模日益壯大,而且承擔的業(yè)務(wù)也隨之不斷增多,但是企業(yè)在管理方面也隨之產(chǎn)生了很多問題,具體體現(xiàn)為信息方面難以實現(xiàn)暢通的溝通,業(yè)務(wù)處理方面一直效率不高,項目管理缺乏秩序等。這些問題對企業(yè)的繼續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了明顯的制約。對企業(yè)物流管理系統(tǒng)建立是對這一問題有效解決的根本途徑,企業(yè)只有實現(xiàn)信息化,企業(yè)的整體管理水平才會提升,進而才會取得較高的運轉(zhuǎn)效率。是對各物質(zhì)流通部門而言,其數(shù)據(jù)管理工作主要以物流管理為核心,它全面綜合了采購、計劃、銷售、庫存管理、物質(zhì)調(diào)度等各個方面,在減少庫存,防范產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)積壓,提高資金周轉(zhuǎn)效率,為生產(chǎn)的正常進行創(chuàng)造保障,效果非常顯著。企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)與很多的部門都存在聯(lián)系,倉庫與經(jīng)營點非常分散,網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺系統(tǒng)具有十分復雜的結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)物流管理系統(tǒng)采用什么樣的結(jié)構(gòu),對于系統(tǒng)最終能不能成功運行來說是重要的基礎(chǔ)。在這樣的形勢下,本研究在企業(yè)物流實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理方面采用了基于Web的分布式體系結(jié)構(gòu),對計算機與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的作用充分利用,把企業(yè)非常分散的經(jīng)營結(jié)點進行結(jié)合,對企業(yè)需要解決的重要問題加強處理;竟ぷ髋c取得的成果有:1、對應用系統(tǒng)開發(fā)存在一定聯(lián)系的技術(shù)進行論述,并針對開發(fā)物流管理系統(tǒng),研究了數(shù)據(jù)交互與更新機制以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)模型,在理論與技術(shù)層面為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)創(chuàng)造了有力的基礎(chǔ)。2、該研究對企業(yè)當前的發(fā)展情況進行了認真的分析,以企業(yè)當前物流管理業(yè)務(wù)的實際需求為立足點,探索物流管理系統(tǒng)的基本特點以及存在的不足,結(jié)合需求分析的結(jié)果,設(shè)計了出了一套物流管理系統(tǒng)解決方案,這套方案不僅非常靈活而且維護起來也很容易。3、本研究首先非常細致地分析了工作流程,然后在這個基礎(chǔ)上對系統(tǒng)展開總體設(shè)計,針對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)建立了E/R模型與功能模型,而且數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計也同時實現(xiàn)了。這樣為規(guī)范處理企業(yè)信息提供了有力的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。4、系統(tǒng)結(jié)合各個層次與功能模塊給出了詳細且有針對性的設(shè)計,在設(shè)計上運用了J2EE體系架構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)方面采用了B/S結(jié)構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)大致包括4層,具體涉及業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)層,表示層,數(shù)據(jù)庫層,數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)層。采用了SERVLET、JSP技術(shù)對表示層開發(fā),這樣表示層不僅具有可維護性,而且具有結(jié)構(gòu)性以及可擴展性。業(yè)務(wù)層采用的框架為Java Bean,數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)層的框架采用的是Hibernate。企業(yè)物流信息最終完成了分布式管理,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)非常清晰,管理起來十分容易,可擴展性以及可維護性均良好。該研究詳細論述了系統(tǒng)的需求分析、設(shè)計情況、程序如何實現(xiàn)等,使得企業(yè)的需要得到了有效的滿足,對物流系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)實應用范圍、實現(xiàn)技術(shù)、存在的問題、解決方案、體系結(jié)構(gòu)進行了總結(jié),為日后開發(fā)可復用的具備良好的結(jié)構(gòu)的物流系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)造了積極的實踐依據(jù)。

The establishment of enterprise logistics management system is the fundamental way to solve this problem effectively. Only if the enterprise realizes informatization, the overall management level of the enterprise will be improved, and then the higher operation efficiency will be achieved. As far as each material circulation department is concerned, its data management mainly focuses on logistics management. It comprehensively integrates all aspects such as procurement, planning, sales, inventory management, material scheduling, etc., in reducing inventory and preventing the backlog of products. Improve the efficiency of capital turnover, for the normal production of the creation of security, the effect is very significant. The enterprise logistics system has relation with many departments, the warehouse and the management point are very scattered, the network platform system has very complex structure, what kind of structure does the logistics management system adopt to develop the logistics management system? It is an important foundation for the successful operation of the system in the end. In this situation, this research adopts the distributed architecture based on Web to realize the network management of enterprise logistics, makes full use of the function of computer and network, and combines the very dispersed management nodes of the enterprise. Strengthen the treatment of the important problems that enterprises need to solve. The basic work and achievements are as follows: 1. The technology of application system development is discussed, and the data exchange and update mechanism and network implementation model are studied for the development of logistics management system. At the theoretical and technical level, it has created a powerful foundation for the development of the system. 2, the research has carried out a serious analysis of the current development of the enterprise, taking the actual needs of the current logistics management business of the enterprise as the foothold. This paper explores the basic characteristics and shortcomings of logistics management system, and designs a set of logistics management system solutions based on the results of demand analysis. This solution is not only very flexible but also easy to maintain. 3. Firstly, the work flow is analyzed in detail, then the overall design of the system is carried out on the basis of this, and the E / R model and the function model are established for the system implementation, and the database design is also implemented at the same time. This provides a powerful data basis for standardizing the processing of enterprise information. 4, the system combines each level and function modules to give a detailed and targeted design, in the design of the use of J2EE architecture, the structure of the use of BES structure. The architecture of the system consists of four layers, including business service layer, presentation layer, database layer and data service layer. The SERVLET,JSP technology is used to develop the presentation layer, which has not only maintainability, but also structure and extensibility. The framework adopted by the business tier is Hibernate. for the framework of the Java Bean, data services layer The enterprise logistics information finally completes the distributed management, the system structure is very clear, the management is very easy, the expansibility and maintainability are good. The research discusses in detail the system requirements analysis, design situation, how to realize the program, and so on, so that the needs of the enterprise can be effectively satisfied, the practical application scope of the logistics system, the realization technology, the existing problems, the solution, and so on, are discussed in detail. The architecture is summarized, which creates a positive practical basis for the development of reusable logistics system with good structure in the future.
