代建制下xx監(jiān)理公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:我國工程監(jiān)理制從1988年開始,經(jīng)歷了近30多年的發(fā)展。在建設(shè)工程法律法規(guī)和標準不完善,施工單位人員總體素質(zhì)不高、工程管理水平偏低的情況下,監(jiān)理制度的實施對促進我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、工程施工質(zhì)量和安全生產(chǎn)及維護公眾利益等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 工程監(jiān)理制度最初定義是全方位、全過程的監(jiān)督管理,是最接近項目管理的范疇,但在實際過程中工程監(jiān)理范圍主要是施工階段的監(jiān)理,與監(jiān)理制的設(shè)計初衷有很大的出入,這使得監(jiān)理企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍過于單一,市場競爭較弱。隨著我國社會改革開放程度的進一步深入,投資主體的多元化、發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,國內(nèi)市場的國際化以及項目復雜程度的不斷加劇和代建制的推行下,建設(shè)工程管理的范圍、內(nèi)容、方式等呈現(xiàn)多樣化的市場需求,對監(jiān)理企業(yè)而言既是風險也是挑戰(zhàn)與機會。 xx監(jiān)理公司是一家有近20年歷史的監(jiān)理企業(yè),成立時間較長卻存在著發(fā)展緩慢,企業(yè)競爭力弱等問題,在代建制等項目管理模式變化的背景下,本論文結(jié)合作者在該監(jiān)理公司15年的工作經(jīng)驗,通過文獻研究、運用PEST理論、波特產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭五力模型理論對公司所處的監(jiān)理行業(yè)宏觀環(huán)境、微觀市場競爭能力進行分析,利用SWOT理論、座談會等形式分析了xx監(jiān)理公司內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、劣勢并得出企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向,并提出公司發(fā)展的保證措施建議,以希望對xx監(jiān)理公司未來的發(fā)展起到一定的指導作用,并對其他監(jiān)理公司有一定的借鑒和指導作用,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:China's engineering supervision system has experienced nearly 30 years of development since 1988. Under the circumstances that the laws and regulations and standards of construction engineering are not perfect, the overall quality of the personnel of construction units is not high, and the level of engineering management is low, the implementation of supervision system to promote the economic development of our country, Engineering construction quality, safety production and maintenance of public interest play an important role. The original definition of project supervision system is omni-directional, the whole process of supervision and management, which is closest to the category of project management. But in the actual process, the scope of project supervision is mainly the supervision of construction stage, which is very different from the original intention of supervision system. This makes the supervision enterprise's business scope is too single, the market competition is weak. With the deepening of China's social reform and opening up, the diversification of the main investment bodies, the transformation and upgrading of the development model, the internationalization of the domestic market, the increasing complexity of the project and the implementation of the agent system, The scope, content and mode of construction project management present diversified market demand, which is not only a risk but also a challenge and opportunity for the supervision enterprise. Xx Supervision Company is a supervision enterprise with a history of nearly 20 years. It has been established for a long time but has some problems, such as slow development, weak competitiveness and so on. Under the background of the change of project management mode, such as agent construction system, This paper combines the author's 15 years working experience in the supervision company, through the literature research, using the PEST theory, Porter industry competition five force model theory to the supervision industry macro-environment, the micro-market competition ability of the company to carry on the analysis. By means of SWOT theory and colloquium, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of xx supervision company and obtains the strategic direction of the development of the enterprise, and puts forward the suggestions of guarantee measures for the development of the company. In order to hope to play a certain guiding role in the future development of xx supervision company, and to other supervision companies have a certain reference and guidance role, has a certain practical significance.
