【摘要】：本文研究了項(xiàng)目管理中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和控制的管理理念和方法,以作者所在行業(yè)標(biāo)桿企業(yè)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目,上海通用CD16J項(xiàng)目的注塑安全玻璃開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制為例,針對(duì)汽車注塑安全玻璃的技術(shù)開發(fā)特定要求,結(jié)合汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系要求,建立注塑安全玻璃的工作結(jié)構(gòu)模型,進(jìn)行全壽命周期的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素全方位識(shí)別；制定了相應(yīng)完整的評(píng)估流程,建立不同評(píng)估方法的專用模型,整合出注塑安全玻璃的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用并實(shí)踐了汽車注塑安全玻璃開發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和控制理論,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)足,使作者企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平得到了提高,在今后的項(xiàng)目管理工作中減少或規(guī)避了相應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保注塑安全玻璃的順利開發(fā)成功。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the management concepts and methods of risk assessment and control in project management. Taking a key project in the benchmarking enterprise of the author's industry and the technical development risk control of the injection safety glass project of Shanghai General purpose CD16J Project as an example, According to the specific requirements of the technical development of automotive injection safety glass, combined with the quality system requirements of automobile industry, the working structure model of injection safety glass was established, and the risk factors of the whole life cycle were identified in all directions. The corresponding complete evaluation flow is established, the special model of different evaluation methods is established, the project risk evaluation index system of injection safety glass is integrated, and the risk evaluation and control theory of automobile injection safety glass development project is applied and practiced. The existing project risk management system is supplemented, the project risk management level of the author enterprise is improved, the corresponding risk is reduced or evaded in the project management work in the future, and the successful development of the injection molded safety glass is ensured.
