【摘要】：本文首先介紹了科研項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu),接著給出科研項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的成果展示。從成果展示我們看出國家電網(wǎng)公司科研項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)提升了科研項(xiàng)目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、集約化管理水平,加強(qiáng)了總部管控力度,使科研項(xiàng)目管理工作的業(yè)務(wù)信息更加透明、扁平,充分做到了信息共享并形成了工作結(jié)果量化評價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the overall structure of the scientific research project management system, and then presents the results of the scientific research project management system. From the results shown, we can see that the State Grid Corporation's scientific research project management system has improved the standardization of scientific research projects, intensified the management level, strengthened the management and control efforts of the headquarters, and made the business information of the scientific research project management more transparent and flat. Fully achieve information sharing and formed a quantitative evaluation system of work results.
