大型水利工程關(guān)鍵鏈進度計劃方法研究

【摘要】:針對進度計劃的最新發(fā)展———關(guān)鍵鏈進度計劃法(CCS),著重闡述了CCS的基本假定和原理,深入剖析其利弊,并探求改進的思路與方法,以求合理有效地將CCS相關(guān)管理思想應用于水利工程項目進度計劃與管理中,為工程決策與管理者全面而準確地掌握項目進度、保證項目如期完工,以及制定合理工期提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the latest development of the progress plan-the key chain schedule planning method (CCS), this paper emphatically expounds the basic assumptions and principles of CCS, deeply analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and probes into the ideas and methods of improvement. In order to reasonably and effectively apply CCS related management thought to water conservancy project schedule planning and management, this paper provides the basis for project decision-making and management to grasp the project progress comprehensively and accurately, to ensure the project to be completed on schedule, and to establish a reasonable time limit.
