LT大客戶新建項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:大客戶新建項(xiàng)目將帶來新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)于運(yùn)營商拉動(dòng)增量、保有存量、提升市場(chǎng)份額具有重要意義。面臨通信市場(chǎng)日趨激烈的大客戶市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭,如何通過提升大客戶新建項(xiàng)目管理水平、贏得市場(chǎng),怎樣去科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)一個(gè)大客戶新建項(xiàng)目或項(xiàng)目方案,是擺在運(yùn)營商面前的一道難題,也是本文立題之本。本文主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,本文以對(duì)LT公司運(yùn)營影響比較大的大客戶新建項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)國內(nèi)外評(píng)價(jià)研究發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行回顧,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整理分析,基于德爾菲法、層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法以及項(xiàng)目管理為理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)大客戶新建項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)程序、生命周期和管理現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行深入的研究。其次,通過定性和定量一研究以及調(diào)查問卷方法,結(jié)合LT公司的三種大客戶新建項(xiàng)目模式(客戶投資為主、LT公司投資為主以及客戶投資委托LT公司建設(shè))進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)的嘗試性研究。本文通過層次分析法構(gòu)建大客戶新建項(xiàng)目的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將三種建設(shè)方案代入指標(biāo)體系并通過模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。再次,根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查評(píng)分情況分析綜合評(píng)價(jià)運(yùn)行方案,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,明晰三種建設(shè)模式下的項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果和方案的優(yōu)選情況,并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)中存在的短板以及項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題,有針對(duì)性地提出項(xiàng)目管理改善的對(duì)策和保障措施。最后,本文還針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系模型的適用性及向通信業(yè)新建大客戶項(xiàng)目全生命周期的評(píng)價(jià)拓展應(yīng)用提出應(yīng)用思路,為企業(yè)管理者決策和其他研究人員分析研究提供相關(guān)參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The new project of large customer will bring new market opportunity, which is of great significance for the operator to pull the increment, keep the stock and increase the market share. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the communications market, how to win the market by improving the management level of new projects, how to scientifically evaluate a new project or project plan of a major customer? Is the operator in front of a difficult problem, but also the basis of this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper reviews the research and development process of the domestic and foreign evaluation based on the evaluation of the new projects of the large customers which have a great impact on the operation of LT Company. Based on the comprehensive evaluation method of Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation and project management, the construction procedure of new projects for large clients is analyzed. Life cycle and management status and problems are studied in depth. Secondly, through qualitative and quantitative research and questionnaire method, combined with the LT company's three major customer new project models (customer investment is the main, LT Company mainly invest and client investment entrusts LT company to build) to carry on the comprehensive appraisal tentative research. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system of new projects for large clients is constructed by AHP, and three kinds of construction schemes are added to the index system and evaluated by fuzzy evaluation model. Thirdly, according to the actual investigation and scoring situation, the comprehensive evaluation operation scheme is analyzed, and the evaluation results are analyzed to clarify the project evaluation results and the optimal selection of the projects under the three construction modes. According to the shortcomings of the evaluation and the problems in the project management, the countermeasures and guarantee measures for the improvement of the project management are put forward. Finally, this paper also puts forward some ideas on the applicability of the evaluation system model and its application to the evaluation of the whole life cycle of the new large customer projects in the communication industry. To provide relevant reference and reference for enterprise manager decision making and other researchers analysis and research.
