某種引進(jìn)技術(shù)的本地化質(zhì)量管理

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分,其結(jié)果對(duì)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有決定性的影響。隨著全球平板顯示制造業(yè)的重心向國內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移,新的制造工廠項(xiàng)目不斷上馬,這對(duì)其相關(guān)配套材料——感光涂料提出了本地化生產(chǎn)的需求。目前,我國關(guān)于感光涂料的技術(shù)相比國外發(fā)達(dá)國家,還有幾乎是空白。因此,引進(jìn)國外此類技術(shù),建立一套適用于國內(nèi)實(shí)情的質(zhì)量管理框架顯得尤為重要。通過查閱文獻(xiàn),綜合前人質(zhì)量管理大師的質(zhì)量管理理論,得出:質(zhì)量管理就是為了最經(jīng)濟(jì)(即資源最優(yōu)化)地生產(chǎn)出充分滿足顧客質(zhì)量要求的產(chǎn)品,并在每個(gè)階段應(yīng)用科學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)原理和方法。由于在技術(shù)項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)讓的參與者——國外企業(yè)和國內(nèi)企業(yè)在技術(shù)實(shí)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)投入等方面相差甚大,盲目全盤拷貝其相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理體系,必定會(huì)造成資源浪費(fèi)和管理難度及成本加大。在經(jīng)過分析國外技術(shù),從人、機(jī)、物、料、環(huán)等方面闡述了影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的因素。本文重點(diǎn)研究質(zhì)量管理中的項(xiàng)目本地化質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量改進(jìn),包括運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)工具、控制圖(Statistical Process Control,SPC)與工序能力指數(shù)來進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制,運(yùn)用測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析(Measurement System Analysis,MSA)、試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)(Design of Experiments, DOE)、PDCA循環(huán)過程來進(jìn)行質(zhì)量改進(jìn),將引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目在本地化生產(chǎn)的達(dá)到甚至超過原有的質(zhì)量水平。本文將針對(duì)國外引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目在本地化質(zhì)量管理方面做出分析以及改善措施,為該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系的改善做好鋪墊的同時(shí),可觸類旁通于我國一些同類項(xiàng)目,使之更有效地立足于市場(chǎng),且在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得一定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Project quality management is an important part of project management, and its results have a decisive impact on the quality of products and services. As the center of gravity of the global flat-panel display manufacturing industry shifts to China, new manufacturing plant projects continue to be launched, which puts forward the need for localized production of photosensitive coatings, a related supporting material. At present, the technology of photosensitive coatings in our country is almost blank compared with the developed countries. Therefore, it is very important to introduce foreign technology and establish a quality management framework suitable for domestic situation. By referring to the literature and synthesizing the quality management theory of previous quality management masters, it is concluded that quality management is to produce products which fully meet customer quality requirements in the most economical (i.e. resource optimization) way. At each stage, the statistical principles and methods of science are applied. Because the participants in the transfer of technology projects, foreign and domestic enterprises, differ greatly in terms of technological strength, industrial structure and enterprise input, they blindly copy their related quality management system. Will certainly cause the waste of resources and management difficulty and cost increase. Through the analysis of foreign technology, the factors influencing the product quality are expounded from the aspects of human, machine, material, ring and so on. This paper focuses on the quality control and quality improvement of project localization in quality management, including the use of statistical tools, control chart (Statistical Process Control,SPC) and process capability index to carry out quality control, and use measurement system to analyze (Measurement System Analysis,MSA). The (Design of Experiments, DOE), PDCA cycle process is designed to improve the quality, and the local production will reach or exceed the original quality level. This paper will analyze and improve the localization quality management of the imported projects from abroad, which will pave the way for the improvement of the quality management system of the project. At the same time, it can be similar to some similar projects in our country. Make it more effective in the market, and in the fierce market competition to obtain a certain competitive advantage.
