【摘要】：正中航丁業(yè)無線電電子研究所(簡稱"上電所"),隸屬中國航空工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司,長期從事航空電子綜合技術(shù)和航空無線電技術(shù)研究,是集科研、生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、經(jīng)營一體化的研究所。近年來,上電所承擔(dān)的科研和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)不斷增加,項(xiàng)目種類和數(shù)量日益增多。許多項(xiàng)目投資大,周期長,技術(shù)難度和復(fù)雜度高,質(zhì)量要求高,同時(shí)項(xiàng)目外界影響因素多,涉及人員廣,任務(wù)節(jié)點(diǎn)多,而且各類項(xiàng)目的管理方式各異,不可預(yù)知性強(qiáng)。因此,上電所擬運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理思想,建
