中國二十二冶集團(tuán)PMC項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究
[Abstract]:China 22 Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "22 Metallurgical Group"), through the introduction of foreign advanced PMC general contracting mode, the number of project construction gradually increased, but with the continuous expansion of the project size and technical complexity, PMC project construction process gradually exposed a series of risk problems, hindered the rapid development of the Group. In order to guarantee the investment benefit of the construction project, 22 smelter needs to construct the risk avoidance system. This paper takes the project risk management of 22 Metallurgical PMC Project as the research object, and then puts forward the risk control method by constructing the project risk evaluation model. Firstly, based on the research results of PMC model and PMC project risk management theory at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of project management, and lays a theoretical foundation for the article. Secondly, the general situation of 22 Metallurgical Group is analyzed, and the operation mode of PMC in this enterprise and the risk problems such as quality, schedule and cost in the application of this model are expounded. Thirdly, through the effective identification of the risk sources of 22 Metallurgical PMC project, the main influencing factors of the PMC project risk of the group are obtained, and on this basis, the project risk evaluation model and the ranking of the influencing factors are established. Finally, the risk evaluation results of 22 smelter PMC project are analyzed, and the main and secondary factors influencing the project construction risk are pointed out. From the perspective of the whole life cycle, the risk transfer is put forward to the PMC project construction, and the management and supervision mechanism is improved. Improve the level of previous research and other risk control strategies.
